We wish to extend a warm welcome to you for the use of our 2nd home, located on the bus route close (6-8 mins) to Keystone lifts and directly across the road from the Convention Center. It has lovely mountain views and an aspen grove/grass yard just off the enlarged balcony. Relaxing outdoor pool(summer use)/sauna/hot tub a short walk away.
This 2 story unit has 2 bedrooms + 2 baths upstairs,and 1/4 bath/laundy, living room, kitchen, and dining room downstairs. Kitchen is fully stocked with what you need and more. New items in the unit include: dish washer, stove/microwave range, disposal, front load washer-dryer, marble bath flooring in both bathrooms/shower with marble back, gas grill on the deck, and additional beds: superior mattress queen sleeper and single chair sleeper in LR. The exterior has been remodeled with natural cedar siding and we have triple pane windows with interior blinds (new 2009). The upstairs bedrooms have full darkening shades!
Relax at 1341 Tennis after a fun day on the slopes, a long day in a conference, or any one of the numerous Summit County mountain activities. Location has easy bike trail access that can take you over Vail Pass, and is a short walk to Keystone Village with its shops, lake, paddle boats, ice skating/hockey,and river. Lake Dillon is a 5 mins drive where boat rentals are available and the town of Dillon is 10 mins with its large variety of famous brand Outlet Mall shops.
