This home is located on Armijo Drive, close to the center of town and to the ski area. It can sleep a maximum of 9 people.
This home features cathedral ceilings and a spectacular wall of windows offering views of the valley and Wheeler Peak. The living area has wood floors, a wood-burning fireplace (firewood is provided) and access to a large rear deck with hot tub. It is furnished with 2 matching loveseats and a TV with cable, DVD and VCR.
The living room, dining area and kitchen share an open floor plan. The kitchen is bright and cheerful with glass block inserts and talavera tile. It is fully equipped with all major appliances, including dishwasher and microwave. The adjacent dining table seats 6 with additional seating for 2 on stools at a flip-up bar at the kitchen counter.
The master bedroom is on the main floor. It has a king bed and a second wood-burning fireplace. The attached master bath has double sinks, a separate shower and claw-foot bathtub. This bath has an outside door allowing direct access to the hot tub.
The second bedroom is also on the main floor and has a twin bunk bed with a third twin trundle that can be pulled from underneath. This bedroom has access to the second bath with shower (no tub).
The second floor has a loft at the top of the stairs with a double-size futon and writing desk with DSL internet access. Beyond the loft is the third bedroom with a queen-size bed. There is a third bath with tub and shower attached to this bedroom.
There is a full-size washer and dryer in the home. The home is dog-friendly and has a portable pet-crate available for use. There is a large play set in the yard with swings, slide and mini climbing wall. House has DSL access from desk in loft.
There is an additional fee of $250 for use of the hot tub.
