Save time for some fun at the beach in our beautiful 4 Some Fun cottage in the gated Maravilla or “Village by the Sea" community in Miramar Beach, Florida.

From this lovely beach access home, walk to 2.5 acres of private beach enjoyed by community guests, or, meander through well landscaped grounds lined with cozy condos and cottages to the wonderful community amenities including tennis, fitness, two community pools and FREE beach chair service in season.

Our Destin cottage is furnished with guests in mind. Newly renovated, it has many “extras” and fun features to impress you. With five bedrooms and four and a half baths, it can sleep up to 15 very comfortably. Its spacious, one level floor plan is perfect for families and friends traveling together who want to be close, but still have room to breath. The parents like having three king size beds from which to choose and the kids always love the bunkroom. Wireless internet has become a must for travelers so vacationers and business travelers are both equipped with the service at 4 Some Fun.
After a long day at the beach, playing in the emerald green Gulf of Mexico, stay the evening in, grilling on your private grill or cooking your fresh catch in our fully equipped kitchen . It even has an extra ice maker. With flat screen TVs and DVD players in the living room and bedrooms and game table in the living area, finding the place to relax and unwind is easy.
If you want to venture out, leaving the cooking for another day, rest assured you will be close to the fantastic dining that Destin has to offer. Home to many award winning restaurants, Destin has everything from hole-in-the-wall fish houses to upscale adult dining.
Especially close to this home is Pompano Joe’s on the beach. You can even walk there. Within a short drive, the world’s largest outlet mall, Silver Sands Factory Stores has great shopping and dining with Panera Bread, Carraba’s, and more. To the east a little further is our newest shopping mall, Grand Boulevard that boasts even more shopping like Billabong, JCrew and dining including Flemings, Mitchells, Cantina Laredo and more.
Don’t forget our Destin Commons only a couple of miles to the west. It hosts more shopping, dining and our RAVE movie theater.

At 4 Some fun, you will be close to it all, especially the beach! Oh, and did I mention that you can bring “man’s best friend” as this beach rental is pet friendly?

Destin, known as the”World’s Luckiest Fishing Village,” is also home to great fishing as its name implies. Fish from the beach or boat. If you do not want to bring your boat, one of Destin’s many charter boats would love the opportunity to take you out for full or half day excursions. Water surrounds Destin with the intercoastal waterway to the north and Gulf on the south, creating an abundance of watersports available,including kayaking, waverunning, parasailing, kite surfing, snorkeling and so much more!

  • We stayed at this property for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The house was very conviently located within walking distance to the beach. Our family also enjoyed the association pool. We enjoyed the layout and decorations in the house, it was wonderful experience for our family

  • We rented the vacation home for a quick vacation getaway to the beach. It was a wonderful experience, especially for the kids. They were able to walk to the beach with just a few steps and we were just minutes to the greatest shopping and dining experiences in Destin. Check-in and check-out were effortless and the wrap around porch was awesome. We would sit on the porch, listen to the ocean and watch the traffic travel along Scenic Highway 98, which was particularly beautiful at night. We would also walk along this route taking in some of the most breathtaking views in the city. I would highly recommend this property for a vacation stay.
