The living room is bright and sunny with large windows and has a matching leather sofa and club chair, a gas-burning kiva fireplace and a TV with VCR and satellite. Adjacent to the living room is a office alcove with a desk and french doors leading to a deck with views of the golf course and a private hot tub.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances including dishwasher and microwave and features granite counter tops. The adjacent dining area has french doors leading to deck with golf course views. The dining table can seat 4 with additional seating for 2 on stools at the kitchen counter.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a TV with satellite and a private bath. The second bedroom has a double-size bed. There is a second ¾ bath (shower, no tub) located off the hallway convenient to the second bedroom as well as the living room.
This property has a full-size washer and dryer.
