It includes a heated adult pool and a separate heated spa. Kids can play in the water play area and under the water fountain while adults are sunning nearby. Barbeque grills and poolside restroom's are located in the cabana area.
This unit has many fine details and upgrades and has been professionally decorated with custom window treatments,bright beachy colors, 2 large flat panel TV's which includes a 37" TV in the living room and a 27" TV in the master bedroom. The bunk room includes a TV with a DVD player and game outlets. The beautifully decorated master bedroom has a king size bed with a pillow top mattress and extra thick mattress pad along with 400 thread count sheets. Plenty of drawer and closet space for your belongings.
Large living room has comfortable queen sleeper sofa, and dining area seats 4. Additional seating at the bar to also accommodate 4. Fully equipped modern kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, full size washer and dryer. Ceiling fans in living room and master bedroom.
