Picture yourself on your own 27’ balcony facing the Atlantic Ocean while you sip your early morning cup of coffee and watch the sun rise. This can be your view every day while you occupy our beautiful condominium at Paradise Pointe in North Myrtle Beach, SC.
Our unit is tastefully equipped with top of the line furniture and appliances. The tiled floors, with area carpets, extend from the entry through the living room to the balcony. Wall to wall carpets are in all the bedrooms. A full wall of mirrored glass in the living room brings the ocean into the home. Two full-sized couches make watching the flat screen HDTV comfortable for everyone, and the sleeper couch has a five inch thick mattress (the thickest offered). You can stay in touch with Wi-Fi internet access.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, private bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi, TV with DVD, and faces the ocean with a separate slider to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, private bath, and TV with DVD. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, TV and a private bath. All the mattresses and bedding are superior quality.
The kitchen features scratch proof porcelain countertops and mirrored backsplashes, a GE Profile glass flat top stove, side by side refrigerator with ice and water dispensers, and super quiet dishwasher and disposal. The kitchen snack bar has four stools, and the dining room table has six chairs. There are extra dishes, glasses, wine glasses, silverware, and pots and pans, plus all the kitchen appliances like blender, toaster, tea and coffee machines. A full sized GE Profile washer and dryer are also there for your convenience.
Paradise Pointe has a large outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a lazy river with tubes, and a kiddy pool. With only 45 units in the building, there is always ample room in the pools or on the sun deck. Outdoor shower and bathroom facilities are on the main pool area.
North Myrtle Beach has temperate waters, kid friendly waves, and plenty of sand for beach umbrellas and tents, Frisbees and beach balls. Nearby are reasonable priced restaurants and Myrtle Beach entertainment, fishing piers, jet skis and bike rentals. Over 120 golf courses are within a short drive, and tee times require only a phone call.
