THE VILLA:
Bayside at Bethany Lakes:
This is a tastefully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath property, with wireless high speed internet throughout. The large living room is perfect for relaxing after a “hard” day at the beach or golf course. The gas fireplace adds a romantic touch for those cool evenings. The sunny breakfast area sits off from the well equipped gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar.
The family room is ideal for enjoying your favorite shows on the HDTV with DVD and the stereo equipment. In addition, each bedroom boasts a TV for individual programming choices. The 2-car garage allows for secure parking, with ample overflow parking at the side of the unit.
As consideration to other guests, NO PETS or SMOKING is allowed in the villa.
THE CLUBHOUSE:
The jewel of the complex is the luxurious 15,000 square foot clubhouse. This award winning facility which provides a panoramic view of the Indian River Bay includes indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, steam rooms, state of the art fitness center, a large great room and flat panel TV's in several rooms, meeting rooms, game room with pool table, ping-pong table and video games. Enjoy fishing/crabbing at the pier, the walking trails or the 2 tennis courts outside the Clubhouse. A golf course is in walking distance across from our complex.
SHUTTLE TO THE BEACH:
Ride the private summertime shuttle to the beach (through Labor Day), which is about 2 miles away. Leave your beach chairs and beach cooler at home. We provide them.
ATTRACTIONS:
We are located 1 mile from downtown Bethany Beach, which is conveniently located between Ocean City and Dewey Beach/Rehoboth/Lewis. Rehoboth has over 140 sales tax free discount outlet stores. Bethany Beach, Rehoboth and Ocean City provide a variety of boardwalk attractions, shops, restaurants, and amusements. Nearby you will find top rated restaurants and grocery stores. You are also driving distance away several Delaware Park Beaches in North & South of Bethany Beach for additional ocean swimming, surf fishing and surfing activities.
