Restored 1940’s Tybee Island cottage offers three bedrooms and three full baths plus a bunk room and two outdoor showers. The open living, dining and kitchen on the first floor offer a cozy gathering space. The screen porch out front fits perfectly into the idealistic summer at the beach. Outback the in-ground saltwater pool offers the perfect retreat from a day at the beach. Enjoy grilling and dining on the patio and sunbathing on the roof deck.
The home is about 1,100 sq ft and maximizes the use of each space. This is truly a cottage home with details including cypress wood walls, pine floors, exposed joist and wood ceilings. The kitchen brings in a modern touch with stainless architectural appliances contrasted by bracketed cabinetry and a farm sink.
The shed is stocked with beach chairs and bikes for your use.
