This beautiful 2300 square foot, 3 floor condominium is the perfect setting for a single family getaway or a large family gathering. Able to sleep up to 12 people comfortably with 2 separate family rooms, you will have plenty of space without feeling cramped. Great place to share with another family or two- and split the rent!
The 1st level has a patio that extends to the yard, 2nd level has a screened-in deck with patio furniture to enjoy meals outside without being bothered by bugs and the 3rd level has a private balcony off the Master Bedroom for privacy. The 2 bedrooms upstairs each have their own full baths. Each family room is open and very spacious. The fully stocked kitchen is on the 2nd floor with a wet bar on the 1st level. And you can feel like you are at the movies when watching the large screen TV!
All you need to do is look off the deck for a spectacular view of a golf course followed by gorgeous trees and an open view of the lake. The evenings are very quiet and peaceful- you can enjoy the serenity by listening to the water off the beach of Lake Erie.
This condo is designed with children in mind. It includes many necessities, including a Pack N Play, booster seat, toys and safety features, including gates for the stairs and outlet covers. Why the Owner Chose Marblehead
We chose Marblehead because it is close to many Lake Erie attractions, including the popular Cedar Point, while also being a quiet and quaint small town. Since our families are from Toledo and Akron, this location is perfect because it is in the middle.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We appreciate the spacious layout, especially with two family rooms, and all the amenities of home. Our kids love the pool onsite. A favorite is to sit on the top balcony off the Master Bedroom with a good book and a cold drink!
Access to the beach, playground basketball hoops and boat marina. Great view of Cedar Point.

My family stayed in this beautiful condo for 7 days. Loved the balcony on the main floor and very spacious living quarters. We had 14 adults and 3 small children. Found everything we needed and was called by the owners after we arrived to be sure everything was okay. I highly recommend this rental. Marblehead is a pretty place and close to access to the islands.

We stayed at this condo for 3 nights and it was very nice and roomy. We had a total of 12 people and there was plenty of room. The owners called when we arrived to make sure everything was ok. It is close to town and Bay Point Marina where the kids went to the beach and we were able to put our boat.

Great Place! Stayed 8/07 with family from TX, Lots of room and beautiful setting. Bit of a drive to Cedar Point,maybe 20min, but Marblehead is a very nice place to stay. Owners called to check that we found everything ok and to see if we had questions. Would recommend the property and owners who were very helpful.
