This beautiful 2300 square foot, 3 floor condominium is the perfect setting for a single family getaway or a large family gathering. Able to sleep up to 14 people comfortably with 2 separate family rooms, you will have plenty of space without feeling cramped. Great place to share with another family or two- and split the rent!
The 1st level has a patio that extends to the yard, 2nd level has a screened-in deck with patio furniture to enjoy meals outside without being bothered by bugs and the 3rd level has a private balcony off the Master Bedroom for privacy. The 2 bedrooms upstairs each have their own full baths. Each family room is open and very spacious. The fully stocked kitchen is on the 2nd floor with a wet bar on the 1st level. And you can feel like you are at the movies when watching the large screen TV!
All you need to do is look off the deck for a spectacular view of a golf course followed by gorgeous trees and an open view of the lake. The evenings are very quiet and peaceful- you can enjoy the serenity by listening to the water off the beach of Lake Erie.
This condo is designed with children in mind. It includes many necessities, including a Pack N Play, booster seat, toys and safety features, including gates for the stairs and outlet covers. The area is filled with a variety of things to do for people of all ages and interests, including full access to Bay Point Resort, which is right in the backyard! Our names are Steve and Mindy, and we are blessed with 3 wonderful young children. We live in Akron, Ohio. Steve is a Financial Advisor and Mindy is an Occupational Therapist.
Why the Owner Chose Marblehead
We chose Marblehead because it is close to many Lake Erie attractions, including the infamous Cedar Point, while also being a quiet and quaint small town. Since our families are from Toledo and Akron, this location is perfect because it is in the middle.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We appreciate the spacious layout, esp. with 2 family rooms, and all the ameneties of home. Our kids love the pool onsite and Bay Point Marina, with has access to the beach. A favorite is to sit on the top balcony off the Master Bedroom with a good book and a cold drink!
