This is a unique apartment, modern elegant architecture in a former factory placed in the very heart of Marseille and with a stunning view of "Le Vieux Port", the old harbour where the greeks arrived 2600 years ago. Given the location, it is even peaceful.
You have all the museums, culture, markets and shopping, as well as beaches and nature just around the corner(15 minutes walk to the beach). The national theatre is across the street. You are also just next to the tunnel under Marseille, so that you can leave the city in a couple of minutes.
The apartment is spacious and elegant with an open kitchen/living room downstairs overlooking the harbour. On the first floor - also spacious - there are three bedrooms (two of them with a wonderful view and French windows) a comfortable reading corner, one shower room and one bath room. There are toilets on both floors.
You enter directly from the street, but you are on the third floor towards the harbour. Although in the very heart of the city, noise-wise you are at a distance and in relative peace; could it be better? |
