I can't possibly say enough wonderful things about our stay at this beautiful white water ocean view property. The home was immaculate and the views spectacular. The only difficult part was chosing which of the three decks to lounge around on. The top sunbathing deck with it's amazing views of the ocean or the middle deck with the entire wall that opens up allowing the inside to become one with the outside or the bottom deck with the fabulous heated hot tub. The descriptions listed are accurate but it is truly even more amazing to experience this beautiful home in person. The uniqueness of this property truly defies description. My family of 7 couldn't believe how nice everything was and in such an ideal location. I even caught my husband peeking under the sheets to see what brand of mattress it was because he slept so comfortably on the bed. We loved how very close we were to the beach. We are definitely going to have to come back in the Summer and experience more of beach fun. We were only in San Diego for 4 days but managed to visit Disneyland (1 hour north), San Diego Zoo (35 minutes) and Sea World (30 Minutes). Legoland was just up the road (8 minutes) for those of you with young children. David, from Carlsbad Rentals was awesome to work with. He kindly and promptly responded to all my many questions before we even arrived and made our arrival and departure so easy. This is one of those rare finds that you almost want to keep a secret because you know that once the word gets out about what a beautiful home it is, the perfection location, and the delightful management you get to work with, it will be booked up for years to come and we definitely want to come back. Thanks again David for everything!

We stayed here June 25-July 2, 2011. David was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was very accommodating to our needs and requests and he was always quick to respond to calls and emails. The pictures are accurate and everything looked as we expected upon arrival. The condo was clean as anticipated. We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation and would definitely work with David again!

This unit was very nice. It had all the upgrades and multiple decks for watching the beautiful Carlsbad sunsets. The folding doors from the living room to the 2nd level deck were one of the best features, it brings the outside in and really opens up the place. David was simple to work with and right on point with everything. If you have more than 6 people in your group I would recommend renting the unit next door since they have connecting doorways. Hopefully we will be back next year!

This property is gorgeous. It is clean, beautiful, tasteful and comfortable. The view of the ocean is spectacular, especially at sunset. We travelled with another family and the set up of two completely separate homes (sort of a duplex) with a backyard door left open allowed us to enjoy each other's company yet also maintain our family space. Ideal , ideal, ideal. Both of our families will definitely try to stay here again. David is very easy to work with and the whole experience was excellent.

My husband and I love San Diego and try to go once a year. We stayed here in June of 2010 with our two children and found it to be absolutely amazing. The home is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We absolutely loved the rooftop deck as well as the main floor deck with the accordian doors. Sitting and listening to the waves on the beach while watching the sunset was just what we wanted to be able to do. David was great to work with and made our trip easy and enjoyable. We will definitely come back!

We stayed here in July 2009. The property was perfectly clean, decorated nicely and had a great view! We had plenty of room for our family of 5. We loved the doors that slide open the length of the deck. Enjoyed the hot tub. The walk to the beach was easy. Loved sitting on the rooftop watching the surfers. David was awesome to work with. We would stay here again, no doubt.

Stayed here with 2 other families for a summer vacation in June 2008. GREAT experience. 3 master suites worked out great so each family had privacy. Luxury accommodations - loved the views and location - close to everything. One thing we would improve: the barbecue grill. It was poor quality and did not work properly, so we could not barbecue as we had planned. Otherwise, we had a great experience overall and would definitely go back.
