The house has a 115-foot sandy beach frontage with private beach access path. Its seclusive location, surrounded by pine trees provides excellent privacy, and yet only 3 blocks away from the entertainment center of the Island, which include a water park, an amusement park, a shopping center, a marina and countless restaurants and shops.
You will wake up in the morning by the glow of the sunrise on the horizon, the singing of seagulls and the sound of Atlantic surf. The house provides unobstructed panoramic ocean and beach views.
