A 27-acre paradise, nestled against emerald green waters and sugar-white sands - where the integrity of nature has been preserved, and accommodations are interwoven throughout acres of natural vegetation. Controlled access, self contained complex allows kids to play without worry. Secluded location is also prefect for the romantic getaway.

We stayed her the week before Easter and were very pleased with the accomodations. The unit is nicely decorated and well-stocked. Kelly was very helpful and prompt in all our communications. My only complaint would be that the larger of the two pools was closed for resurfacing - you would think this type of maintenance work would have been done over the winter rather than during prime spring break/Easter weeks. Obviously not the owner's fault but poor planning on the part of management. That's the only reason I didn't rate the unit Excellent.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We would rate this condo average. None of the pictures showed the kitchen - which could use some updating. We also were not a fan of the tile floors in the main living area - better than dirty carpeting, but not as nice as the pergo floors in the condos we stayed in at Hilton Head. We found the master bedroom to be very dark - even when we tried to turn up the lights for reading, etc. it still just seemed very dark. We also thought the carpeting in the bedrooms was due for replacement or a good shampooing. My kids wanted some light in their room so they lifted the blind and the window was filthy- looked like mold around the frame-called the cleaning lady who arrived the next day and cleaned it. Some things we liked about the condo where the location and tram drivers to the beach were real characters (especially Joe!) There is also a swing chair on the screened in porch which my kids like to sit in and read. A thing we didn't like though about Hidden Dunes is you have to pay to play tennis in the evening hours after the club closes. In Hilton Head you could play in the evenings for free. We didn't know this our first night and were kind of rudely kicked off of one of the courts by security. All in all a great vacation but would not stay here again. Excellent location, comfortable and spacious inside. Only stayed 3 days during Thanksgiving weekend so didn't spend much time at unit. Did get to the heated pool. Grounds are beautiful. Will definitely stay again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
