Treat yourself to the beauty of the Desert in our privately owned and managed 2-Bedroom Condo. The Master Bedroom has a King-size Bed with an attached bathroom featuring double sinks and a Walk-in Shower. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds which we will happily convert to a king-size upon request. For extra sleeping, we have a queen-size sofa bed in our spacious and comfortable living room. The Swimming Pool and Hot Tub are close to the unit, but far enough away you won't be bothered by any noise. The view of the mountains is Spectacular!
IF YOU LOVE TO GOLF, YOU WILL LOVE OUR CONDO!!! Our property allows you to step off your Patio onto the 7th fairway at the beautiful Desert Princess Golf Course. The 27 hole PGA rated Golf Course with Pro Shop has wide open fairways, rolling terrain, lavish water hazards and impeccable Bermuda Tiff greens. These all combine to make this a challenging course for all levels of play.
DPCC is home to the Moore Tennis Academy. Facilities include 10 Hard Courts, 2 Racquetball Courts, a Fitness Center, Sauna, Jacuzzi and Lap Pool. You may purchase Discounted Golf, Tennis & Fitness Packages while staying at our Condo.
The Clubhouse offers full food and beverage services. In season, the dining room is open daily. The Snack Shop/Grill and Lounge are open year round. While staying at the DPCC, you are invited to participate in numerous social events throughout the season. Fabulous dinner parties, theme events and holiday buffets are included in the exciting Clubhouse calendar. Great food, great times! The Body Center'd, the relaxing on-site Spa Facility, features professionally trained and licensed massage therapists available to provide you with a variety of traditional and esoteric body work and spa treatments.
We are located 10 mins. from Downtown Palm Springs, & one (1) exit south on I-10 is the Agua Caliente Casino & Spa which features all kinds of gaming and top rate entertainment. You will find many treasures while shopping on Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs or El Paseo in Palm Desert.

We had only visited the Palm Springs Area once before we had the opportunity to purchase our condo. After seeing the beautiful golf course and other emenities, we fell in love with the Desert Princess and we knew we wanted to be a part of it.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
When we purchased our condo, I knew it would be something special. I really enjoy getting to know people and catering to their distinctive personalities. The home is decorated with the locale in mind. Everything from the Indian motif dishes to the Palm trees on the shower curtain was purchased with our guests in mind. It is very comfortable and all who visit seem to really enjoy it!

This was a great place to stay. The condo was spacious and had a great view of the golf course, the kitchen was equipped with everything we could need, the beds were really comfortable and cozy, and all the amenities like groceries and other shopping were conveniently located nearby. We enjoyed walking around the resort as the grounds were really picturesque and had different things to see (it was not all cookie-cutter). The nearby pool and hot tub was divine - you could relax in the sun and enjoy a gorgeous view of the mountains all day long. And the weather cooperated - sunshine every single day! Our hosts were fantastic as well - the kids loved the welcome box of chocolates, and as we stayed over Christmas, there was even a small tree put up just for us which the kids thought was so awesome. I have already recommended this condo to friends and family who are considering a trip to Palm Springs.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Susie, Thanks for renting to us! We really enjoyed the condo & its location. The Golf Course is great. We went to Pasadena to the Rose Bowl Parade. Wow! New Years Eve at the Tuscany Restaurant at the Marriott resort was fantastic! Can't wait to return! Thanks for the champagne, chocolates & having everything in the condo we needed!
