This 3 bedroom, 3 bath ranch is ideal for the extended family. Very comfortable beds in all rooms. Master bedroom has king size bed and private bath. 'Kids' room has twin bed plus bunk bed with twin upper bunk (suitable for child up to 50 lbs) and double lower bunk. Third bedroom is a separate unit attached to house, making it extra private with its own bath and kitchen, two twin beds plus sofa that opens to a twin bed, cable TV. Bring the in-laws or nanny!
Huge eat-in kitchen generously equipped includes dishwasher and gas range, microwave, toaster and toaster oven, blender, electric griddle, lobster pot, kitchen towels etc. Large livingroom with DVD, large screen cable TV open to DR w stereo /CD changer/ AM-FM. Slider opens to patio with 12 seat picnic table for family meals, gas grill, nicely landscaped. Second patio by pool has built-in wood/charcoal BBQ and furnishings for dining and lounging. Back yard fully fenced for safety and beautifully landscaped for privacy.

Only 45 minutes to Provincetown. Also, only 3 miles from Saquatucket Harbor where you can catch the ferry to Nantucket. Fresh water Hinckley's Pond, Long Pond and Seymour Pond are all within 2 miles.
Neighboring towns include Brewster with its antique shops and Nickerson State Park, and Chatham with its quaint Main Street, famous Friday night band concerts, and boat rides to see the seals off Monomoy and whale watch trips. 15 minutes away from Nauset Beach in Orleans, 25 minutes from Cape Cod National Sea Shore Visitors Center and miles of Atlantic Ocean surf. 30 minutes from an actual Drive-In movie and the Audubon Bird Sanctuary. 10 minutes from Rte 28 with arcades, trampolines, go karts, bumper cars for the kids and shopping for the adults (or vice versa!). 20 minutes to Hyannis with major shopping and restaurants. Drive 3-4 miles in any of three directions for a fully equipped supermarket to BBQ your summer favorites, or choose fabulous fresh seafood restaurants just as close. Ethnic dining or good old fashioned comfort foods at restaurants plush or plain, all within 10-15 minutes. Or bring take out food back to the house to the patios, and enjoy the company of your family and friends in complete privacy and quiet.

A brand new, solar heating system is in place, extending the swimming season to include June and September (depending on the SUN! possibly some of May and October).
