This place was described accurately, the property is clean and well maintain, owner was very easy to get a hold of. I would totally recommend this property and I will definitely try to stay at this property again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We brought our little family here for our first family vacation and couldn't have been more happy than we were with this place. Highly recommend and we are planning to book next summer. I just returned from a fabulous stay for a Girls Weekend Getaway. The condo is furnished impeccably, has a phenomenal view and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. I cannot wait to return!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My wife and I stayed here for a week in October of 2010. We greatly enjoyed the week and this condo. The condo was well furnished, and very modern and comfortable. We really enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella that was in the closet. It was great to be able to borrow these items without having to purchase them as we would not have much use for them back at home in Tennessee. The view from the balcony was excellent, and we saw dolphins and even a large ray from the balcony. Regency Towers was clean and quiet while we were there. During the week we felt like the only ones on the beach while the crowd picked up a little on the weekend. The location is great offering a quiet atmosphere while still being a short drive to all the attractions and eats of Pensacola and Pensacola Beach.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

My first visit to Pensacola Beach was nothing short of spectacular. My husband and I could not have asked for nicer accommodations and beach access. We hope to be able to make the same trip next year. I highly recommend the Regency Towers, Condo 707E.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. It was so nice, my family of four stayed very comfortably. we put the kids on the nice size sleeper sofa. My kids also had a great time going out to feed the ducks around dusk everyday. It is just a great place to stay and we hope to use it again next summer!!!!Recommended for: Families with young children.

We enjoyed the condo so much. It was just as described, very beautifully decorated, and clean. The view is just breathtaking and the beach is still gorgeous! We actually got to watch dolphins play while eating breakfast on the balcony on our last morning! Thank you! What an amazing vacation we had. From the minute we walked in the door ... we felt at home. The condo is all that you described and more! The pictures don't capture how truly beautiful it is. It is gorgeous and has everything you could need. The view is breathtaking, the condo beautifully decorated, the beach right there ...
