I just returned from a fabulous stay for a Girls Weekend Getaway. The condo is furnished impeccably, has a phenomenal view and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. I cannot wait to return!

October 2010 Trip

My wife and I stayed here for a week in October of 2010. We greatly enjoyed the week and this condo. The condo was well furnished, and very modern and comfortable. We really enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella that was in the closet. It was great to be able to borrow these items without having to purchase them as we would not have much use for them back at home in Tennessee. The view from the balcony was excellent, and we saw dolphins and even a large ray from the balcony. Regency Towers was clean and quiet while we were there. During the week we felt like the only ones on the beach while the crowd picked up a little on the weekend. The location is great offering a quiet atmosphere while still being a short drive to all the attractions and eats of Pensacola and Pensacola Beach.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My first visit to Pensacola Beach was nothing short of spectacular. My husband and I could not have asked for nicer accommodations and beach access. We hope to be able to make the same trip next year. I highly recommend the Regency Towers, Condo 707E.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. It was so nice, my family of four stayed very comfortably. we put the kids on the nice size sleeper sofa. My kids also had a great time going out to feed the ducks around dusk everyday. It is just a great place to stay and we hope to use it again next summer!!!!

We enjoyed the condo so much. It was just as described, very beautifully decorated, and clean. The view is just breathtaking and the beach is still gorgeous! We actually got to watch dolphins play while eating breakfast on the balcony on our last morning! Thanks again for helping us to make wonderful memories!

We stayed in this condo for Mardi Gras week end 2009 and it was very nice and comfortable. The view is unbeatable and the Regency is the best kept secret in Pensacola

Thank you! What an amazing vacation we had. From the minute we walked in the door ... we felt at home. The condo is all that you described and more! The pictures don't capture how truly beautiful it is. It is gorgeous and has everything you could need. The view is breathtaking, the condo beautifully decorated, the beach right there ... "Sun and Relax" would sum up our vacation. Like other guests, the only thing we would have liked was more time. We'll be back next year! Many thanks

Beautiful condo with exceptional view! Decorating is first class. Clean and comfortable with every available luxury. Beach is outstanding and not crowded. Owners are detailed, friendly and very easy to work with. Would definately recommend to others. Plan to return! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

We had a great stay, just too short!! Thanks so much for all your help. I cannot think of anything that needs improving....so very comfortable! The beach was absolutely beautiful, we most enjoyed seeing the Blue Angels perform practice runs. The grounds keeper guy was very helpful keeping us informed of times to see them, such a nice guy.

This was the best beach we have visited! Directly on the beach with wonderful views. Restaurants and shops right down the street. The condo is amazing, very nice and comfortable. We sat on the patio to eat breakfast and look at the ocean- also the way it's located you can see the bay. Everything you need is right there on the island, unless of course you go to Joe Patti's Seafood Market to get the freshest fish around. Pensacola Beach is absolutely gorgeous. It has a family feel but at the same time there are many things to do and nightlife. We will definitely be back next year!
