Michele's Fripp Island home is a true delight for holidaymakers! Three families had plenty of room to relax in the large number of provided comforts provided-lovely bedrooms, fantastic (and well stocked!) kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, and a lot of care and thought gone into what travelers would like such as books, beach toys and towels, dvd players (and dvds!) for children and adults, not to mention a fabulous kids room with beanbags and additional toys. Screened in porch a real bonus and made the holiday fabulous. Would recommend without reservation and hope to return in the future! Michele is also exceptionally communicative and helpful with suggestions, etc., so you're bound to have an excellent trip.

Beautiful, and well maintained home, The bunk room was a hit with our kids! They loved the bean bags, toys and having their own TV & DVD player. This home has everything you could possibly want in a rental. It is in a perfect location on the island and is central to everything. The owner was wonderful to work with. We will be back!

Best Vacation Ever

As the description says, "Perfect for two families". We had an absolutely fabulous time on Fripp Island. Michele was awesome to work with, house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. With 4 adults and 2 kids you would think you would be tripping over each other. Not the case, plenty of room for everyone, the girls loved the kid's bunk room equipped with flat screen, dvd player, toys and bean bag pillows, they had a blast. Laundry room upstairs was very convenient. Plenty of hot water for everyone's showers. Best part was the short golf cart ride to the beach, and with 2 carts (one for each family) getting around was a breeze. Access 21 to the beach is the closest and easiest access and less than 5 minutes from the house. Screened-in porch is a nice bonus. This island was amazing, clean beaches, family oriented. We went during Spring Break, not crowded at all. Weather was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation or better home to spend it in. And did I mentioned the heated pool at the Cabana Club (Awesome!) Best value for the money hands down. Thanks again Michele for a great week!

This was our first trip to Fripp and we loved it. The house was perfect for our two families. The house was clean, the kitchen was equipped, the décor was updated and classy, the location was centralized to our needs and the price was right. Our favorite part of the house was the bunk room. It was well stocked with toys, TV, DVD player and beanbags…a perfect combination for four boys. We also loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom…what a big plus! The house was great. Michelle was easy to work with and replied quickly to all of our inquiries. We would definitely stay there again.

This house is perfect for a family vacation! The decor is very nice with thought and care for comfort and aesthetics. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped to prepare family meals or to blend up some cocktails. The whole family loved the screened in porch for relaxation and reading. During our trip, there was a lightening storm that fried the cable box in the living room, and our hosts worked extremely hard to get it remedied quickly. We have the highest regard for the hosts and property and happily recommend it!

Great July Vacation

We had a wonderful week on Fripp. This house was great. It was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. The kids really enjoyed the bunk bed room. The house is centrally located to everything. Fripp is lovely and we really enjoyed the use of the golf carts to get around the island. Our kids really enjoyed Kids Night Out with the Camp Fripp folks. If you want to experience Beaufort, SC, we would recommend the carriage tour of the historic district with a stop at the Foolish Frog on the way back to Fripp for an amazing dinner. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great vacation home. Michele was wonderful to work with.

I would highly recommend renting this property. The description was accurate in the listing. The photos were exactly what was there. The kitchen and amenities were top-notch, very high end. It was clean and welcoming. The bedrooms were spacious and each of the 4 bedrooms had its own bathroom.....FANTASTIC. The screened in porch was a favorite spot every night with the surround sound speakers. It added to the fun. Our rental property owner was the nicest...we had a break down of our golf cart on the first day and she had it fixed by the next morning--very thoughful because it kept our vacation going without stress. We want to go back next year.

We had a wonderful time at your beautiful house! The kids had a blast in the bunk room (between the bunk beds and all the bean bags, I don't know what was the kids favorite).And the house is in a great location . . . the #22 beach crossover is so close and it's just a few minutes from the "Frog Pool" and all the playgrounds. Our 3 families really enjoyed our 4th of July Fripp Trip, and would definitely stay here again!! Michelle, thank you taking care of every detail to make our vacation awesome :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great with just a short ride (less than 5 minutes) to the beach. The description and pictures shown on the website accurately portrayed our accommodations. We loved the two golf carts...a must for vacationing at Fripp. The TV and DVD players were great for relaxing in the evenings after a strenuous day at the beach :) Michelle was extremely helpful and timely in responding to questions concerning our stay. We loved the screened in porch with its comfy furniture. The one downside was that there were no full length mirrors in the house and the master bath mirror was placed to high for my 5'2" height. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family as a place to stay.

My family and I loved this house. The layout is perfect, the furnishings are great and it is well equipped. The location is also hard to beat. We’ve been to Fripp many times and this is by far the nicest place we’ve stayed. The owners were a pleasure to rent from. We will definitely be renting again.

My family and I just love this home!!! Can't say anything negative about the home and the homeowners. The home is warm, welcoming, and very spacious. It includes everything anyone would need for a nice relaxing vacation. It is in a great location (a stone's throw from a wonderful sunset spot and one of the restaurants). The owners are very easy to work with and very accomodating. We look forward to making this our Spring Break get-away every year!!!!!

Really, really, enjoyed this house and Fripp. The kids room was perfect and we were pleased to find all the toys in the toy chest for the kids. The golf carts were a huge plus and ended up being our transportation for the week. This was our first time visiting Fripp Island and renting a house. This house was wonderful. Very spacious and a great location - close to golf course, pools, marina and the beach. Great bedroom for kids with bunk beds and very family friendly living environment. With one bedroom on the main level and the other three upstairs it makes it nice for families with kids as there can be a little bit of seperation - plus each bedroom has its own bath which is very nice!!!. It was very nice having a back yard and on almost any given evening we had deer visiting. The two golf carts that come with the house are a nice bonus. I would recommend this location to anyone and if we plan future trips to Fripp this house will be at the top of our list to rent.

This is our second year renting and had a wonderful stay in this home. It is very comfortable and well-maintained. We had 4 adults and 4 children and still had one room that we didn't use! We've rented at Fripp for 8 years now and this is our favorite rental house - that's why we've rented it 2 summers in a row. Looking forward to next year!

This is our 5th year renting July 4th weekend and this was the best house we have rented yet! Great central location that is close to the marina, beach and Cabana Pool. The floor plan was perfect for us. We had 4 adults and 6 kids. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. We enjoyed the screened in porch and nice back yard also. Having the two golf carts was an added bonus. We plan on staying here next year too.

This house was awesome! We vacationed with another family and had a total of 6 boys plus 4 adults in the home. There was plenty of room for everyone! The bunk room for the kids was quite the hit! The kitchen was well stocked, there were sand toys for the kids, and toys in the bunk room for them to play with! No detail was left untouched. 2 golf carts were extremely nice having the two families there! We have rented several homes while vacationing and I have to say this is one of the best!

This house is in a perfect location as it is close to the beach, marina and the pools. The owners are extremely responsive and accomodating---- and do everything they can to make the vacation a memorable one. We enjoyed the two golf carts as it makes it so easy to get around the island. And the toys in the toy chest were a big hit for our two toddler boys. It was very difficult to get them to the beach as they wanted to play with all the legos, trucks, etc. Many thanks for a great introduction to Fripp.......we look forward to returning one day.

WOW! We have stayed at Fripp for 4 years (in several rentals) and this was BY FAR our favorite. It was clean, well furnished & so kid friendly. Great location -- central to the pools, marina & beach. Our family has stayed at this home 2 years in a row and love it! 4 adults and 5 children both times. Very nice floorplan with lots of privacy. Bedroom downstairs is handy for naps for the little ones or older folks who want to avoid extra stairs. Baths are nice and big. Fixtures and decor all very nice and current. Kitchen is huge, and the back yard was a nice place for the kids to see the deer in the evenings. We love the location as it's handy to get to the marina and all beaches. Nice porch off of the 2nd floor master bedroom for coffee and a morning paper! Michele is great to deal with and her home is cozy, clean, and nice.

We enjoyed our first visit to Fripp Island. We loved the house and its location. The two golf carts were very handy. We found Dobson Seafood Market and had fresh flounder and shrimp on the grill. We also had a great burger at Ocean Point Grill. We had dinner several times at Bonito Boathouse restaurant which is a short walk or golf cart ride away and it has great food. If you pick this house you will enjoy it.

Stayed in this home 9/08, loved the easy access to all activities on island, beach access was at end of street, comfortable home with alot of different areas for family to relax, play games, and children to have their own space in the Bunk-Bedroom, very child friendly with all the toys, library of books and great open and closed porches to relax in. 2 Golf carts with home made it very easy and fun to travel on the island....thanks...for a great vacation home to share with us. God willing we will be back next year.....

This house is super nice and spacious. We visit the island every summer and this is one of the nicer homes on the island. The bunk bed room is great for kids and adults too. The screened porches are so nice for relaxing. This house is equiped with everything you need to cook, play games or relax and watch the wildlife. This was our first time on the island. We loved the house and its fabulous location. We could not believe all the wildlife that we saw. We really enjoyed all kof the extras like Camp Fripp, the nature cruise, golf, and tennis. Our whole family including our small children loved it. We are already wanting to go back!
