This beautiful mountain chalet is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on Via Del Ray above the golf course, approximately 7 minutes from the ski area. This home will accommodate up to 9 people.
The house has saltillo tile in the mud room, kitchen and hallway, with light berber carpet throughout other parts of the house. The living area features large pictures windows and patio doors leading to a front deck with great views. This room has two sofas (not sleepers), TV with satellite and a gas-burning fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances including dishwasher and microwave. The dining table seats 6. There is additional seating for 3 on stools at the kitchen counter.
There are two bedrooms on the main level. The first has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two sets of twin-size bunk beds. There is a full bath on this floor near the bedrooms.
Upstairs there is a loft at the top of the stairs. The loft is furnished with a double-size futon, a loveseat (not a sleeper), game table and writing desk. Beyond the loft is the master bedroom with a queen-size bed. There is a full master bath with double sinks and a Jacuzzi tub.
There is a full-size washer and dryer in the home. There is also a single child-size cot stored in a closet. Guests have access to the gas grill and garage (parking for one vehicle).
