- The Aspen Moose has MANY activities, indoor board games, crafts, pool, pingpong, foosball, a wide array of electronic media, games, movies...swings and tetherball in a flat open yard. There is a children's loft for playing and sleeping, children's toys, an infant friendly home with high chair and port-a-crib, some cabinet locks, as well as a first floor master for those who don't do well on stairs! A rustic log dining room table seats 12 and the bar seats 4 with many accessory log chairs and leather couches. Exposed beam construction and full log walls provide ambiance for chatting or enjoying 'smores made on the fire! Custom tile floors with radiant warm-floor heating create a wonderfully cozy place to play games, do crafts or just hang out and make memories! Guests must bring their own firewood.
- Suitability
- No Pets Allowed: sorry but fido gets to be boarded, and any guests prone to high shedding. Seeing eye dogs allowed with prior approval but we are in the woods, that means the dog will bark all night hearing the wildlife passing the cabin- makes for a REEEEEAALY long night.

We fell in love with this area and this cabin! Where else can you find magestic mountain seclusion in a beautiful log cabin with moose and deer, snowmobiling and ATV riding from the door, famous Utah powder, 4 seasons to play and so close to great skiing, 2 boating areas, world class golf, fly fishing, and all an hour from an international airport?! THAT is why we bought this place! It sounds like an ad for a place that's too good to be true!
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin
I love the peace and quiet at the cabin... The woods are SOOOOO serene up there. There is a rejuventing quality when you are high up in a pristine forest; it's magical and intoxicating! - I relaxed just now thinking about what it's like there! We just happened to find a place on the mountain that has a very quiet street, a special feel to the forest and a cozy protected ambiance or the pine tree circue. It was an accident that we found such an amazing area, or maybe not!
From this gate you gain access to a million acres of backcountry snowmobiling!
Boating, fishing, water skiing, wake boarding and picnics... a great place to play!
SCENIC boating, water skiing, wakeboarding and fishing, a VERY beautiful place with Mount Timpanogus as a backdrop!
This is rated as one of the top golf courses in the country, with both a lake course and a mountain course.
Sundance, beautiful backdrop, film festival, mediocre skiing and great food!
Solider hollow has the olympic track for cross country skiing from the olympics and many other activities.
