Our Spacious, Luxurious Villa backs to a large conservation area in a quiet gated community. Cumbrian Lakes has several beautiful lakes, and a nature trail. Children's play area provides for quiet relaxing vacation setting. It is centrally located to visit Disney (12 Minutes) Sea World (20 Minutes) Universal Studios (30 Minutes) and many more attractions the Orlando has to offer.
You will love the beautiful entrance with its lovely lighted waterfalls as you enter this georgeous community. There are electronic gates at the entrance of the community to ensure your security which requires a code to gain entrance. We have a large family room and separate dining area leading to the screened in lanai pool area, large bookcase with many paperbacks for your reading enjoyment. MBR has a King sized bed off of pool area, w/large ensuite, including shower, soaking tub, 2 sinks, 2 walk in closets, TV & DVD. Second BR has double sized bed and adjoining bath. There are 2 twin bedrooms with Jack & Jill bathroom. All bedrooms have Cable TV and ample closet space.
All towels and linens provided, separate towels for use in the pool. The large heatable pool is enclosed in a (40x20)screened in lanai, there are ample lounge chairs and a dining table available for your sunbathing, there is also an outdoor shower and bath. The homeowners association takes beautiful care of the homes and grounds, including mowing, sprinkler systems and garden areas. Pool heating available, recommended from October thru March at an additional fee.
