"Cayden's Cove" is a new professionally decorated beautiful beach home in the newly developed prestigious secluded gated Cypress Dunes with great views of the gulf. This two-story home is open and airy with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows. We have three decks, with plenty of chairs to sit at and enjoy the cool ocean breeze after a relaxing day at the beach or the pool.
The house has a king in a large master suite which has numerous windows overlooking the dunes, a queen in the guest room, a third bedroom with a twin beds, and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. There are three flat screen TVs. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, and there is an additional half-bath upstairs.
There are several access points to the beautiful beaches nearby or you can ride your bike 5-6 minutes to the beach. The house backs up to Topsail State Preserve. The house is next to the club house which has a magnificent pool, jacuzzi, and work out center.
The view from the Cypress Dunes pool overlooking the 20+ feet majestic dunes of the Topsail Preserve are breathtaking. You can often see deer and other wildlife from the pool, and many times right we have deer right in our backyard.
Cayden's Cove is located in the gorgeous community of Cypress Dunes that has incredible walking paths, cypress trees, beautiful landscaping. Our development connects directly to the beginning of the 30-mile 30a bike/walking path. Everything you need for a memorable vacation is here! There are places nearby to take surfboard or YOLO board lessons. You will never want to leave!
If you want a nice evening at home, we have a movie library at the house, or if you want the latest movie releases on DVD, there are Redbox and Blockbuster rental kiosks within 1 mile of the house. If you want a night on the town, Rave Motion pictures at Destin Commons is just a short drive away. Other activities nearby include shopping at Silver Sands Outlet Mall (5 miles away) and the new Grand Boulevard with restaurants (such as Flemings, PF Changs, and many more) about 3 miles from house as well as gourmet dining and many activities (pottery decorating, cooking classes, local bookstores, local candy stores, music, wine tastings, cheese tastings, outdoor movies, etc.) right outside down on 30. We know that you will love 30a as much as we do!

I would definitely recommend this rental property for your next beach vacation. The location of the house was perfect (next door to the pool/clubhouse and less than 2 minutes to the beach). All questions(good places to eat) and concerns(needed more sheets) we had were addressed by the property management. Great place for family or girls weekend!
