Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom townhome located in one of Orlando's newest luxury resorts, Vista Cay. This brand new vacation home is conveniently located next to all of Orlando's major attractions. Disney, Universal, Sea world, Wet n Wild and fabulous International Drive are all within minutes away. For the business executive or the avid golfer, the Orange County Convention Center and Shingle Creek Golf Course are both located less than a 1/4 mile from VistaCay!
Our town home has been professionally decorated including upgrades in furniture, lighting, window treatments and the media package. The living area features a 50" LCD TV with DVD and a Play station 2 game system with wireless remotes. Included are 12 different games. Each bedroom has a 19" flat screen TV with cable.
Our home can comfortably sleep 6 with a master king suite, a queen suite, and the twin suite. For extra convenience, there is a fully stocked kitchen, a laundry closet with a washer/dryer, iron/ ironing board, and a garage. Free high speed internet access and HBO are provided.
Vista Cay resort is an upscale gated community boasting a state-of-the art 10,000 square foot clubhouse. The clubhouse features a movie theater, resort style swimming pool with multi-level deck space, hot-tub, children's pool and a basketball court all with a beautiful view of Lake Cay. Additional amenities include a video arcade, pool tables, fitness center, and an internet library.

Hi Anthony.....we are back from our Florida getaway. Enjoyed non stop sunshine and warm temps while we were there!! We enjoyed our stay in your unit at Vista Cay, it was very comfortable and quiet!! We used the pool and the games room (as well as the basketball) and of course, the location is ideal. Easy to stop back throughout the day for a break or to drop off parcels from shopping! Anthony We just returned from our weekend in Orlando last night and I wanted to drop you an e-mail to thank you for everything. The townhouse was beautiful and I, my wife and our daughters just loved the layout. We are originally from Long Island, but have lived in South Florida for 17 years now and visit the Orlando area at least twice a year. With teenage daughters, we would need two hotel rooms, which doesn’t make any sense at the price of hotels in Orlando. As a result, we have been renting townhouses and houses for the past few years and wouldn’t go back to a hotel room ever again. Your place is by far the nicest place we have been since we stopped staying in hotels and we have all decided that your townhouse is the only place we will be staying from now on!!! Anthony, You have a wonderful place at Vista Cay. We enjoyed the place so much. Unfortunately, we didn't use any of the other amenities on site. We were so busy with the swim meet and afterwards we went to Tarverna Opa to celebrate. Of course there was dancing on tables, we took the kids and they had a blast. Not a great place for kids, but they are all teenagers and we were with them. My son came in 14th in the state in the 50 free and 15th in the 100 free, and the boy's 400 free relay came in 9th. So all in all it was a good meet and a great time had by all. We would love to rent again from you, if you'll have us, we go to Orlando a couple times a year. Thanks for everything, Whitney Cates

Anthony, We drove back late last night, and throughout the trip we kept saying how grateful we were for your home. Thank you again--it was so lovely. Everything, the decorating, furniture and bedding were divine, but mostly we appreciated how welcome we felt. Hello Anthony, My family and I just returned from our stay in your townhome ( July , 08) and I just wanted to let you know just how much we enjoyed your home. Your place is absolutely beautiful, it looked exactly like the photo’s on your web-site. The location was close to everything you said, Disney, SeaWorld, Universal, and International Dr were all within minutes. Relaxing around the pool area by the clubhouse after a long day in the parks was perfect! My son and I played many games of 1 on 1 on the basketball court and my daughters enjoyed playing pool in the clubhouse. My wife and I both agree we will never stay in a hotel room again! I think the cleaning crew should be able to confirm we were very neat and did not break anything or spill anything on the carpets.
