Just like Home! A quaint Three Bedroom, Two plus Bath Ranch-style Cottage near the point of Catawba Island (off Route 53 and Porter)7 minutes north of Rt.163 & Rt.53. Within a short walking distance of the Miller Ferry to South Bass Island (Put-in-Bay) and Middle Bass Island as well as Pebble Beach. Perfect Island getaway nestled on a private, one-lane cul-de-sac street amongst a handful of other architecturally-different cottages.

There is a large Living Room with a leather couch, love seat, recliner, high-top table with two chairs, TV, DVD player and VCR, and a Lovely wood burning Fireplace with charming light-up Mantle.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and was remodeled a few years back. There is a table for six, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all the plates, cookware, silverware and utensils you will need to cook up those Perch you're going to catch! Pantry to store your food and belongings. Additional Kitchenette available in Garage Recreation Room.

The Master bedroom offers a Full-size Bed, dressers and a private half bath. The second Bedroom has two twin beds, a TV with VCR and a closet. The third bedroom has a daybed with trundle and closet. There is a full-size air mattress available for use and fits comfortably in the bedroom or living room. Central Full Bath with tub/shower unit. Linens, Pillows and Towels are not supplied.

The Garage is finished like a Recreation Room and has a Bathroom with sink, commode and shower, a full Kitchen with Refrigerator, Stove & Fish Cleaning sink, chairs, table and Patio Furniture. There are picnic tables in the backyard and plenty of room to throw a ball around, play some frisbee or cornhole. There is also an in-house, on-site Laundry Room with Washer, Dryer and Utility tub.

This property is very close to Miller Ferry property yet very private, within walking distance to Pebble Beach and other Catawba point shorelines, also a close walk to the New Catawba Inn Bar and Grill and ice cream in the summer time. Approximately 2 mile drive to Catawba Island State Park Public Boat Dock, seven minutes to the Mon Ami Winery; twenty minutes to Cedar Point; approximately ten minutes to Marblehead or Port Clinton. WiFi available at nearby Mon Ami chalet or Gateway on Rt 53 & 163.
