There is a table for six, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all the plates, cookware, silverware and utensils you will need to cook up those Perch you're going to catch! Pantry to store your food and belongings. Additional Kitchenette available in Garage Recreation Room.
The Master bedroom offers a Full-size Bed, dressers and a private half bath. The second Bedroom has two twin beds, a TV with VCR and a closet. The third bedroom has a daybed with trundle and closet. There is a full-size air mattress available for use and fits comfortably in the bedroom or living room. Central Full Bath with tub/shower unit. Linens, Pillows and Towels are not supplied.
The Garage is finished like a Recreation Room and has a Bathroom with sink, commode and shower, a full Kitchen with Refrigerator, Stove & Fish Cleaning sink, chairs, table and Patio Furniture. There are picnic tables in the backyard and plenty of room to throw a ball around, play some frisbee or cornhole. There is also an in-house, on-site Laundry Room with Washer, Dryer and Utility tub.
This property is very close to Miller Ferry property yet very private, within walking distance to Pebble Beach and other Catawba point shorelines, also a close walk to the New Catawba Inn Bar and Grill and ice cream in the summer time.
