This Chalet style mountain home in South Lake Tahoe was recently remodeled and is the perfect setting to come relax and enjoy the mountains and Lake. This wonderful home backs to a beautiful meadow which leads down to the South end of Beautiful Lake Tahoe. It is centrally located being just ten minutes from the Casinos, skiing at Heavenly Valley and short ten minute ride to Emerald Bay. Grocery Stores, Restaurants, golf courses, etc., are all with in a ten minute drive.

The New Redwood Deck is 24 feet x 32 feet with a barbeque and patio furniture, night lighting, and great views of the Meadow, mountains and Lake. Large Windows cover the entire back wall providing views from the family/living room.

Off Street Parking: Room for several cars in driveway. Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: Parking on side of house for your RV or Boat. Gas Fireplace: Will heat entire house, thermostat adjustments.
Beds	King Bed (2): Top of the line, firm, with pillow top. Master and Bedroom each both Kings. Queen Bed: Top of the line, firm with pillow top.

No premium channels like HBO or Max but all the rest, 62 inch HDTV & HD-DVD player, family room, 42 inch Plasama in Master on ceiling, 27 inch for remaining bedrooms. Kitchen	Full Kitchen: All very new, Granite counter tops, Hickory Wood cabnits, loaded with most everything needed for all your cooking needs. Cooking Utensils Provided: Fully loaded with everything you need and all of quality. Refrigerator: Side by side with ice maker/water chiller in door. Dishwasher: Top of the line and soap is provided. View/Location	Lake View: This view is at eye level and only slight view just past the meadow. Good enough to see boats on the lake. Mountain View: Great views of the mountains surrounding Lake Tahoe. incredible colorful sunsets as the Sun drops behind the mountains.
Communications	Telephone: Two portable phones with answering machine. One phone in Master one in Family room. Free Long Distance: 24/7 unlimited calling anywhere in the United States Talk as long as you want and as often as you like. Broadband Internet: DSL anytime with your lap top computer. WiFi (Wireless Internet): Any where in the house wireless DSL for your own computer.
