  This house was perfect for us to enjoy the snow and local wildlife. We had 2 families and we had plenty of space. We would even think that a 3rd family would still be ok. The sledding hill in the backyard was amazing! We bought some wildlife food at the store per the owner's suggestion and we had tons of deer right out the back door! The linens were all in great condition and the beds were comfortable. The game room was a huge plus! We loved the video arcade games, golden tee, and pool! The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. We have rented several homes in different locations and this will be one of our favorites! It was so nice to be close to the wildlife and outdoors, but still minutes from all the comforts of stores we needed. Downtown Flagstaff is so close, hopefully next time we stop having so much fun at the house and are able to enjoy that too! We were also close to skiing! Also, the owner was very responsive when we had questions. A++++

  We loved the property, it was the right size for us. The dryer sometimes had a problem drying clothes and had to be run twice for the same load. But the house was clean, well furnished and in good condition. The master bedroom on the upper floor had some vertical blinds which sometimes just fell out of the holders when the blinds were being opened and closed. The location was good, the neighbors were friendly and we had a bonus of having deer and squirrels come to visit daily. The slope of the backyard was very good for sledding for little ones, so it was perfect. We would recommend this property to others and would stay again.

  We rented the house for a long weekend to celebrate my parents 45th wedding anniversary. All together we had 9 people - 6 adults and 3 kids. We all slept comfortably. The house was very clean. The atmosphere was wonderful. The time we spent on the back patio was so relaxing, we had deer pass by everyday that we were there - sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the late afternoon. My 73 year old father disappeared on us twice to go downstairs and play pool or even play with the video games. The kids enjoyed the walks through the woods along with the game room as well. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. All in all, it was a terrific time - we didn't want to leave and we have even talked about doing it again sometime. Thank you Tim for opening your house up and allowing us to enjoy it.

  This house was perfect for our family and was very clean and well maintained. It is located in a very quite neighborhood and we did see people taking their morning walks but otherwise really no traffic. The bed rooms were nice size with very comfortable beds. Plenty of towels in the linen closet and dishes in the kitchen. We loved the family room downstairs with the pool table and arcade machines!! Staying in Flagstaff allowed us to adventure all over to Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Las Vegas, Sedona. We all just wished we had more time to spend at the Flagstaff home...that's how much we loved this place!! Thanks Tim for sharing it with us!!!

  This was a great house for our family. It had lots of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. The game room area was awesome for the kids. All the necessary items were provided in the kitchen and bath areas. The only negatives were the toilets and hot water in the showers. None of the toilets functioned well and were constantly an issue. The showers did not give out ample hot water for more than a few showers. The beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable and the outside area was great for exploring! The TV in main room did not have a working remote, but we survived! Overall, great house for a large family and very convenient for doing day trips.

  Owner response: We had just installed a new hot water heater before this guest and temp had not been adjusted. Everything has been addressed.

  We loved our stay! As soon as we walked into the home it was amazingly clean and had such a homely feel. This home suited well with our family and we will definitely be staying here again. The price was amazing for such a beautiful home. Thank you Tim for making things so easy for us! The house is more beautiful in person! WE LOVED IT & especially my husband, Deuce Lutui. This home helped him relax with the little time that he had. Now he's rested and ready for football! GO CARDINALS!!!

  This house has everything that you would need for a family get-away. We stayed for only a few nights, and found it very clean, well equipted and comfortable. Loved the pool table and golf game! Thank you for sharing. We hope to return with our family again.

  My family and I rented this home for the holiday. We contacted Tim early on and communication was thorough and he answered all my questions prior to booking our time with him. His contract and his deposit and pricing was very reasonable and we were excited to see the home. This home is a typical split level home. There is a Master Bedroom Upstairs, with it's own bathroom, and a Master Bedroom Downstairs, also with a nice (big) bathroom. There are two additional rooms upstairs for other guests. One room has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and is decorated for children with a charming quilt. The last bedroom, had two double beds in it. I believe one might be a queen and one might be a double (in the photos there was a room with a murphy bed, but I believe this fourth room with the two beds is the format that is in place now). The bedrooms were all comfortable with ample pillows and blankets. Sleeping arrangements were super clean and closets and drawers were made available to guests. The decor was simple and classy and there was plenty of space to "spread out" our own decorations (for the holiday) and plug in our electronics and place things on countertops. Sounds silly to say, but some homes are "overdecorated" without any room for any personal items to be set out for our own use! The home is located in Continental Country Club area with a wonderful view from the living room across the homes on the golf course with glimpses of the mountain. There is a great backyard with woods and tons of activity with dogs, deer, squirrels, etc. The snow came down so lovely in the backyard and the privacy was so appreciated. The bathrooms are immaculate, the showers worked well, the lighting was nice, and the pool room was very fun. We played the golf game, used the ping pong table and played pool. We visited Grand Canyon on one day and we visited Sedona on another. We had dinner in town and we had dinner in the comfortable dining room at home. The heating was quirky, but easily remedied with the advice of the wonderful owner...and the kitchen was well equipped with a great fridge and new appliances. WiFi is fast, the garage is empty (if you move the ping pong table) and your car is welcome (if necessary). The paper towels, the tissues, the extra toilet paper, the ammenities for cleaning and waching clothes and dishes were all appreciated. We really enjoyed our tijme and we plan to come back. Thank you Tim and family. Merry! :-)
