Las Mananitas is considered San Jose's finest beachfront condominium development and this unit has one of the premier locations in the complex. Enjoy the magnificent view of the Sea of Cortez and the coastline leading to Palmilla in this beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium which is located on the 3rd floor of the right oceanfront villa. Every room in the condo has stunning views of the Sea of Cortez and each day will greet you with a spectacular sunrise.
In furnishing the condominium, every step was taken to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For those who need to keep in touch with home or business while on vacation, the unit has it's own secure wifi network, a notebook computer loaded with MS Office which is connected to the Internet, a fax machine and a VOIP line which allows unlimited incoming and outgoing calls to the U.S. and Canada at no additional cost. There is a king bed in the master suite and two full sized beds in the second bedroom. Each bed has down pillows and memory foam mattress toppers for your sleeping comfort (foam pillows are stored in the closets for guests who may prefer them). If an additional bed is required, there is full size Aero mattress stored in the laundry room which is actually quite comfortable. The Tropitone deck furniture was imported from California and is so comfortable you may never leave the deck as you relax and watch the whales swim by.
The entertainment system is set up to offer a full range of Dish Network channels including HBO, Showtime and local U.S. networks. TV's are located in the living room and both bedrooms. The system also includes a CD player and DVD player (Blockbuster is just two blocks from Las Mananitas). Speakers are located both in the unit and on the deck so that you can listen to your favorite music as you watch the waves roll into the shore. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes all the basics along with additional appliances such as a top end blender and vacuum sealer so you can whip up a batch of margaritas as you package your freshly caught fish to take back to the States.
Las Mananitas continues to expand and get better every year. Recent additions include a fully equipped fitness center, lighted tennis courts and an activity center which gives you direct access to all the local activities including fishing, excursions into the mountains and ATV adventures to name a few. The complex itself is located at the edge of San Jose so it is just a short walk to local restaurants and shopping including the Mega Supermarket which is a block away. Downtown San Jose is less than two miles from the complex and offers the best restaurants and shopping in Los Cabos. With the new Jack Nicklaus designed course opening literally across the street, getting a last minute round of golf will never be a problem. A local 9 hole course is also a short walk away with all the other public courses being a 5 to 20 minute drive. Both the Palmilla and the new San Jose marinas are less than a 10 minute drive so taking advantage of the best sport fishing in the world could not be easier.

My husband and I just returned from a month in San Jose del Cabo at Las Mananitas in this beautiful condo. We loved everything about the property. It was beautifully landscaped and groomed. The pools were clean and well taken care of. Our condo was lovely, big and had the most wonderful balcony. The view was incredible and we had portions of sun and shade at any time during the day. The kitchen was well stocked with things we didn't have to buy. There were several boogie boards, noodles and even a couple of beach chairs we could take to nearby beaches. The location is great for shopping at the Mega Mart and for catching the bus into town. We loved every part of our stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We loved this condo. The view was ocean front, property well maintained and the grounds were great. The condo was extremely comfortable, had all the amenties and it was large. The pools were very clean. We used the outdoor grill & were able to walk to the Mega (Walmart type store). There's a great restaurant across the street -Villa Valentina--Sardina's and a few others are within walking distance. A bus stops directly in front of the complex and will take you into town-very cheaply. Town is a wonderful place to shop & sightsee -as there are many artesians. This condo was wonderful. We have stayed in many rental properties and this was the most enjoyable unit we have been in. We were able to leave the windows open and enjoy the ocean breeze. We were high enough that the view was dramatic---we saw the military ships that were in the water during the G-20. The beach was very clean & the kids were able to do some boogie boarding. Not very many venders. So our vacation was excellent!!! I have rented several properties from VRBO and this perhaps was the best. It was eceptionally clean and was well represented by the pictures. The owner was very helpful and very flexible I would recommend itRecommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

It was a great place to stay, stunning views, quiet, lots of privacy and very clean. Facility was beautiful. Hot tub on the balcony didn't have hot water but as warm as it was, it wasn't necessary to be hot. The ambiance was fantastic for sore muscles after fishing.
