The condo was just as the photos showed. The condo was close by a good beach. Susan was very easy to work with. The only real problem was ants. We kept the food put up and still there were ants in the kitchen. The pool needed to be cleaned as well.

Great location, the beach right across the street was suitable for small children. The complex was well kept and very quiet. Loved the condo and comfy decorating.

This property is more attractive than its pictures because its treetop level. The benefit being cool breezes and songbirds to wake up to. We have made several trips to the islands and stay in this particular unit because it is very clean, quiet and well appointed. Spending most of our time active on the island its nice to have a cool quiet place to rest up and get some work done if need be. The location is the best i found on the island with charley young beach across the street walking distant to bars and restaurants in Kihei and a few minutes from the mall in wailea. the beaches in Kihei are quiet ,calm with clear water and beautiful with views of molokini , kahoolawe and lanai.Half day trips to Lahaina, kaanapali,black rock, makawao , and the haleakala crater are easy to make from this part of the island.we have been diving , fishing, and zip lining and there are several nice golf courses nearby.We have stayed here the past several years and will return again this year.

The condo is perfectly located with easy access to Charlie Young beach (right across the street) and others as well as all the attractions of Kihei. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for on a vacation make this rental feel like home away from home! Brian makes booking easy with his prompt responses and reasonable rates. This has to be one of the best values in South Kihei. Will book this rental again in a heartbeat!
