The beach is bustling outside, but walk inside this unit, and you are welcomed by the immaculate, quaint, homey environment.

Everything has been remodeled to bring this bungalow style home up to date. Recessed lighting, newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom, new double windows.
On nice beach days watch the parade of beach goers walking by with surfboards, wagons with children; everyone out for a day of fun in the sun.
One half block from beach, fenced courtyard, Super clean, quiet, relaxed area. Five minutes to Seaworld, 1/2 hr. to Lego Land fifteen minutes to world famous San Diego Zoo. Ten minutes from airport-(SAN) called Lindbergh Field.

You may see a flock of wild parrots that live in Ocean Beach, they are something to see; though you may hear them before you actually see them.

Walk to pubs,(for a walk on the wild side), dining (casual or fine), antique stores,beach sunsets, sunning, swim in the ocean. Balboa Park is fifteen minutes away with museums and gardens.Torrey pines golf course is just minutes away, and lots of championship courses are close by. Many people walk around town, VERY pedestrian friendly town.

Ocean Beach is truly an old fashioned friendly beach town. Great farmers market every Wednesday evenings. Fishing from pier is permitted. Close to sport fishing.

Historical gaslamp area is ten minutes away. Visit the beautiful embarcadero and maritime museum. The U.S.S. Midway is there.

  • We loved staying at this very clean and comfortable guest cottage. It is so convenient to the beach and restaurants. We walked everywhere. Julie and Jerome have thought of every detail down to the boogie board and suntan lotion that I forgot. The bed linens and towels are first class.

  • We just returned from a terrific 3 day visit to Ocean Beach where we stayed at Jerome and Julie's great little rental. It was very clean and comfortable with every possible detail seen to. We spent a lot of time at the beach which was just steps away and the unit was stocked with anything you could possibly want or need. Bikes and helmets, beach ch airs, beach towels, sand toys, a cooler...you name it, it was there! Jerome and Julie were also very helpful and were available to help with directions, recommendations, etc. We would highly recommend staying here and will definately be back!

  • My wife and I stayed in the apartment for 10 days over Christmas 07 and New Year. We really enjoyed our stay and found the property in great order and well equipped. The location is fantastic and Jerome made us feel very much at home. In fact the next day he made us scones, I wish we had more they were delicious.
