The fabulous Keawakapu Beach is just a short 10 minute stroll from the Palms at Wailea. This beach is world famous for its great snorkeling and long walking beach. The Palms at Wailea is a gorgeous property; lush with tropical landscaping. There is a large pool and hot tub that is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean from the pool area. We are pleased that our properties at the Palms at Wailea have been chosen to be featured in the number 1 selling book "Maui Revealed" and their website. These properties were chosen because of their superior quality and great rates!
Palms 1101 is an ocean view ground floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, high speed wireless, and is fully air conditioned. It can sleep up to 4 people.
The ocean views from Palms 1101 are magnificent. Enjoy outside dining from a large lanai with a private barbecue. This property has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, Cable TV/DVD players and for those who like to stay in touch while on vacation there is complimentary high speed internet service. The condo is fully air conditioned as well as ceiling fans throughout. It has a king bed in the bedroom and twin beds in the guest bedroom It can sleep up to 4.

Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Actually, I rented 2 condos during the 12/20-30 period, 1101 & 1508. 1101 confirmation said that the unit had a land-line phone, which was disconnected. Very dangerous in case of emergency. 1508 had dried vomit running down the outside of the toilet bowl. 1101 Lanai furniture had not been wiped off in weeks. Way too much owner clutter in all closets, no hanging room in either unit 2nd. bedroomclosets. Neither unit had use of the kitchen pantry closet. 1508 was locked and 1101 was filled w/cleaning supplies and pwner clutter. 1101 is definitely not worth the rental price.Did you find this review helpful? The amenities were plentiful, from a kitchen stocked with all the tools a chef could hope for, to a beautiful lanai with great sunset and ocean views. On the two occasions I had to call maintenance they were VERY prompt and effective. Burned out light & blown GFI - for non onsite mgmt, the response was very pleasant.
