THIS 2ND FLOOR CONDO IS IN ONE OF THE BEST LOCATIONS ON THE ISLAND! WALK 5 MIN TO A BEAUTIFUL WHITE SAND BEACH! 1400 SQ. FT. AND A WRAP AROUND LANAI!
You will feel like you are in a TROPICAL PARADISE when you set foot inside this BEAUTIFUL CONDO. This second floor unit has a LARGE WRAP AROUND LANAI which overlooks the OCEAN and TROPICAL GARDENS. The SUNSETS are magnificent! Enjoy dining on the large lanai which features a table for 6 and a BAR B QUE. There are also two cushioned lounges and a table on the other side of the lanai which is just outside of the master bedroom.
The GARDENS around the complex and the pool are lush and beautiful. Palm trees, plumeria trees and hibiscus are just a few of the beautiful specimen plants. There is a LARGE HEATED LAP POOL with two HOT TUBS which are in a garden setting.

The kitchen is very well equipped with high-end cook and serve ware. NEW APPLIANCES include side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice in door, a high end dishwasher and flat top cooktop. In the dining room is a beautiful wicker and bamboo dining room set which seats 6. You will find Orchid arrangements on the tables.
The living room is very inviting with comfortable furniture, (NEW CARPETING, AREA RUGS AND A NEW SLEEPER SOFA) just the right amount of wicker, and tasteful Island artwork. There is a NEW 37" FLAT SCREEN TV with DVD player and stereo. The view from this room is spectacular with floor to ceiling windows on two sides. Very high ceilings and ceiling fans are in the living room and the two bedrooms.
In the master bedroom there is a king bed and an armoire with a TV-DVD &VHS. The second bedroom has a new queen size bed. The mattresses are all top of the line and extremely comfortable with luxurious linens. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in living room. A new portable CRIB with its own linens is also available if you have a little one.
The master bath is huge! It has a tub, separate shower and two sinks! All tiled. Off the second bedroom is another bathroom with a large tiled shower. The powder room between the entry and livingroom is great for guests! Our condo feels more like a home than a condo. All rooms are richly colored and feature art from the islands.
Included in our unit are boogie boards, ice chest, noodles, beach umbrella and packable beach chairs and FREE WIRELESS INTERNET in the unit.
It is an easy 5 minute walk to the beautiful A-Bay with a gorgeous white sand BEACH. (Perfect for swimming and snorkeling.) It is a great place for watching TURTLES. You will find WHALE watching boats, glass bottom boats and DIVE boats at A-Bay. This beach has beach chairs (no charge) at the beach for your use. You can rent snorkel gear at the beach.
The condo is next to the famous HILTON WAIKOLOA VILLAGE. Across the street is the WAIKOLOA BEACH MARRIOTT and it is less than a 10 minute walk to the KINGS SHOPS and the new QUEEN'S MARKET PLACE.
There are several very good restaurants within walking distance and the condo is located on the beautiful KINGS GOLF COURSE. Ask about golf discounts. There are several other courses, just a short drive from there.

What a wonderful month we have had on the Big Island in A202!! We've felt at home and so enjoyed this well equipped condo. The salt H2O pools is the greatest! If one is looking for a great 4 hour boat snorkeling trip - to on the Sea Quest on a sunny day. Wonderful experience and saw different sea creatures. Good-by for now - cant' wait to come back!

Happy Valentine's Day will not be quite as happy this year because we shall have just left after a wonderful time in A202! Your condo is top notch! Highlights were swimming in the salt water pool, barbecuing ahi tuna, touring the art collection at Hilton Village, capturing whales, porpoise and octopi on our digital camera and especially, drinking wine and watching sunsets with friends from the lanai. Golfing was fun too! We leave our friends, the Johnson's to enjoy this wonderful spot for another two weeks as we return home to winter. What a beautiful condo! You have provided all the necessities and much more. WE have enjoyed barbqueing and eating on the lanai with the wonderful view. (It got even better yesterday - they pruned the palm trees) this is our first trip to the big island - what an adventure. We kayaked with dolphins and snorkeled at the Captain Cook Monument, hiked the crater at Kilauea, and down to Pololu beach (black sand). It has been a fantastic vacation. Thank You!

First trip to the Big Island --I can only summarize it in one word or two. TOTALLY AWSUME! You have a great place here - very homey, convenient, comfortable, warm, cozy etc, etc, It's a "must comeback place" and definitely recommend it friends and so on and so on.. thank you very much.
