Park directly in front of the two story townhome, which provides all the comforts of home.
The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, automatic ice maker, breakfast bar, dining room, laundry room with washer/dryer, one-half bath, and a living room with a sleep sofa, cable TV, DVD/VCR player, movies, Radio with I-Pod capabilites, High Speed Internet, and access to our patio.
The second floor offers three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom features a queen size bed (new mattress), TV, pack and play playpen, private bathroom and a balcony, and ceiling fan. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a full size bed (new mattress), TV, and dresser, the other with twin beds, TV, Playstation 2 with games and DVD capabilities, dresser, child bedrails on one bed.

My wife and I rented this condo in mid-December, 2010. We found it to be exactly as the owner described. It was conveniently located, although we had a little trouble finding it the first day - probably because we find the Orlando area difficult to navigate anyway. The conveniences of the property were especially appreciated. We had a little trouble with the wireless internet initially, but the property managers were quick to respond and even quicker to fix the problem. The unit was very clean and orderly when we arrived. The Emerald Island Resort is very well managed and the prople are very accomodating. We would stay here again any time.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
