This elegant 5-bedroom Caribbean beachfront villa is situated on a slight rise at one end of the Sapodilla Beach cove in scenic Chalk Sound - Providenciales' south coast. Visible from every room are magnificent beach and ocean views of the Turks and Caicos Banks.
The 2-storey Moroccan-inspired villa comprises 8,000 sq ft. The gated estate has lushly landscaped gardens, stone pathways and outdoor patios; the interior is sumptuously furnished with fine collectables rugs and artefacts, reflecting eclectic influences from Europe and the Orient. Under an exterior dome, the main entrance leads to a grand sitting room opening onto the oceanfront patio – with spectacular ocean views.
La Koubba's hallway leads to a formal dining room and gourmet kitchen; the master bedroom suite, with private balcony, TV, and luxurious bathroom is on the ground floor. Two staircases branch out from the main level hallway leading upstairs to the bedrooms suites. A long gallery overlooking the downstairs living area connects the bedroom wings. Each bedroom accesses a private balcony looking out on the delightful coastal views and yachts anchored in the distance. All bedrooms are air conditioned and most are equipped with TVs.
The property also has a guest cottage with a separate entrance from the front courtyard; This has 1 bedroom, ensuite bathroom, living-dining with TV, kitchen, and private patio, is air conditioned and sleeps 2 or 3 persons, with the use of a convertible sofa. The guesthouse is not rented to a separate party while the Main villa is occupied, but can be rented along with the main for larger groups needing the additional accommodation.
A flexible rate schedule allows the Main villa to be rented as a 3 or 5-bedroom villa, or 6 bedrooms, including guest cottage, with rates adjusted accordingly. Chef service, grocery provisioning, babysitter, Spa Therapist, and additional housekeeping arranged on request.
