My wife and I live in Illinois. We have large families in Illinois and Texas. We have five children ranging in ages from 10 to 25. We love to vacation at the beach and Panama City Beach is one of the best in the world.
Why the Owner Chose Emerald Beach
My wife and I had vacationed in the PCB area for years. We chose to purchase a unit at the Emerald Beach Resort because we loved the white sand beach in front of the condo and the spectacular view from the 17th floor balcony. We also love the shopping, golf, and abundant restaurants nearby. PCB/Emerald Beach Resort is a great family vacation destination.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
From our condo, if we hit the elevator just right, we can be on the beach in 30 seconds. It's just 50 steps from the condo to the elevator and from the elevator to the beach. We love to eat a quick breakfast in the condo, spend the morning at the beach, go out to eat a delicious lunch at any one of the great nearby restaurants (no waiting at lunchtime). Then we usually do a little shopping and head back to the beach to enjoy one of the daily spectacular sunsets. The fully equipped kitchen in the condo allows us to eat one big meal everyday at the condo which saves us a lot of time and money while we are on vacation. We like to golf, so we leave a full set of clubs in the condo for use by anyone who stays there. There are also beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach umbrellas in the condo ready and available for our renters use.

It was very nice and no problem with parking. The view was great and the beach was wonderful. I went parasailing for the first time and loved it. We will go back again.
