The deck comes equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers, misting system, outdoor speakers, a large round table with umbrella seating for six, a portable wood burning fireplace and Weber Gas Grill. Imagine enjoying days on the boat with dinner and cocktails every evening under the stars! The lower dock accommodates up to three boats including a canvas covered hydro-hoist to give your boat protection from the sun.
Inside you will find an incredible retreat! Newly remodeled, this home’s interior is perfect for those wishing for a cozy, relaxing environment with plenty of style. Decorated with a flair from places far away, beside the master bedroom, you’ll find two additional bedrooms decorated with designer furniture (queen bed in one room, 2 twin beds in second), luxurious bedding, pillow top mattresses, large windows and ceiling fans. In the master retreat, you will enjoy a king sized bed that is made from old doors from a Moroccan castle with a luxurious mattress that is the best that money can buy! Sink into top of the line bed linens and enjoy watching television on the flat screen TV inserted in the wall framed like a picture with full surround THX cinema system. You will also want to try relaxing in the master bath’s granite Moroccan “cave” steam room. In this bathroom, the gold metallic walls glow! French doors open directly onto the deck and you’ll enjoy the outstanding views of the water from your bed.
Lights are on dimmers creating a warm, luxurious glow throughout. The full living room features a large sectional couch and Moroccan floor seating, perfect for entertaining. The gorgeous dining area is enhanced with 3 beautiful chandeliers made from iridescent shells and features a gorgeous exotic wood dining room table which seats 6.
The kitchen features all of the comforts of home with granite counters, upgraded stainless steel appliances and everything that is needed to cook all of your meals. All pots, pans, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, mixer etc. come included; just bring your food! Enjoy water views while cooking and eating in the kitchen nook where a beautiful designer wood table that seats 4 is located.
