This "Newly Remodeled" beachfront condo is located right on the beach in Capitola that has some of the best weather on the central coast. This is a wonderful place to enjoy the sun and the ocean with your family and friends. Open up the french doors, take 3 steps and you are in the sand.
Enjoy a full ocean view on the seawall where you can relax right outside your front door. Downtown Capitola is a block away where you can enjoy dining, shopping, and entertainment. Or you can go for a stroll on the pier and drop your fishing line in the water.
There is a golf course and shopping less than 5 miles away. Santa Cruz is 15 minutes away where you can visit the Beach Boardwalk where there are rides, games, and a roller-coaster. Visit the excellent wineries less than 1/2 hour away. Make sure you drop by The Fish Lady and pick up a good bottle of wine, fresh fish, ribs, or tender filets for the barbeque. We have stayed here twice and loved the condo, it had everything you need plus! Location is perfect, will book here again.
