This "Newly Remodeled" beachfront condo is located right on the beach in Capitola that has some of the best weather on the central coast. This is a wonderful place to enjoy the sun and the ocean with your family and friends. Open up the french doors, take 3 steps and you are in the sand.
Enjoy a full ocean view on the seawall where you can relax right outside your front door. Downtown Capitola is a block away where you can enjoy dining, shopping, and entertainment. Or you can go for a stroll on the pier and drop your fishing line in the water.
There is a golf course and shopping less than 5 miles away. Santa Cruz is 15 minutes away where you can visit the Beach Boardwalk where there are rides, games, and a roller-coaster. Visit the excellent wineries less than 1/2 hour away. Make sure you drop by The Fish Lady and pick up a good bottle of wine, fresh fish, ribs, or tender filets for the barbeque.
