  We have rented this condo since the day the owners purchased it, and each year we have experienced new up dates and improvements to the already delightful condo. We enjoy the large wrap around balcony which we take in the breath taking sunsets, and watching the incredible dolphins play in the sunshine. The location is also a plus, with a grocery store, a pharmacy, many beach stores, restaurants and Pier Park all in walking distance. We have had many cherished memories here on the beach, and we look forward to next year, to re-new old friendships and meet new ones. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations.

  Beautiful condo--extremely clean and well maintained property. Luv the parking. Bathrooms by pool clean but very stinky! Cindy the owner was so sweet ,helpful, & available!

  This condo was very nice. The condo was very clean and very nicely decorated. The location is great and there is a grocery store just across the street and Pier Park is just down the road. This was the second time dealing with the owner, and she has been very helpful and available each time. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and would definitely stay there again in the future.

  Condo was spacious, comfortable and had alot of extras not usually found in my experience. Location was great with groceries and drug store right across the street. Covered parking garage and plentiful elevators a plus. Beach chair rental being included was very nice. Owner very friendly and easy to reach quick to resolve any question or concern. Would highly recommend. Just a great vacation spot.

  Just returned from our six night stay. The condo was great, nicely furnished and the view of the beach was fabulous. It was very convienent to groceries and supplies. The owners were very nice and helpful. My family had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again. Thanks for sharing your condo.

  We loved our stay at Aquavista. The condo was so nice and the view was incredible! The owners were great to work with. The beach was beautiful! The location is very handy for groceries, dining out, and lots of activities. We loved having a grill on the balcony, and enjoyed the fresh gulf shrimp and juicy steaks on the grill! We look forward to returning next year.

  This condo is Beautiful!!!!! Aquavista is so clean and safe. The pool and hot tub area are so nice. We always had plenty of chairs and it was never crowded. The beach was so clean and quiet at Aquavista.This property is great for families. My husband loved the covered parking. We all loved the huge balcony and had plenty of chairs for everyone. The owners are Great!!!!! We loved this condo so much that we have already booked it for next spring 2012. Been coming to PCB for 35 years and this is the only place for us to stay. Best family vacation condo!!!!

  Me and my family stayed at the condo the first time in May. We enjoyed it so much we went back in September. The owners were great to work with setting up the stay and to answer questions.

  My family and I stayed at this condo the week of July 31st. Owner extremely friendly and easy to work with and condo is so relaxing and comfy and perfect. We can't wait to book our next stay at this exact condo. Very kid friendly but quiet and relaxing for adults too. The views from the wrap around balcony are spectacular. Thank you for renting your beautiful home to us. PS...also loved the feature of a keypad to enter and not having to worry about keys. And, the bonus of two free beach chairs and umbrella were a great savings compared to other condos we've stayed in. Having Winn-Dixie across the street was perfect...didn't even need to get into our car to pick up groceries.
