Fishing can be done by Townhouse. Street in front of townhouse is a Cul de Sac with limited traffic. Full view of marina and Lake Conroe from Patio. All of your water craft can be moved to bulkhead in front of town House for easy access.
Area swimming pool nearby is open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day for your use. Enjoy seeing the wildlife throughout the community as you use the trails for walking, jogging, or bring your bikes for riding.
Enjoy Antique shopping and local resturants in Downtown Montgomery. Nearby winery, The Texas Renaissance Festival nearby during the months of Oct-Dec. 4th of July fireworks at Lake communities. The new Del Lago water parks right up the street and much more through out the year.
