Our condominium is located in the Casa De Emdeko oceanfront complex in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. During your stay, you can relax on the sandy sunning beach above the sea wall, then choose which of the two pools you would like to cool off in, either walk a few steps to the oceanfront salt/freshwater pool, or walk a little further to the freshwater one.
Then in the evening, you may want to go to the oceanfront outdoor dining area and use the gas cooking grills while enjoying the beautiful sunset. If your keeping your eyes on the ocean, you may see whales or Spiner Dolphins. This centrally located complex also offers elevators, well maintained grounds with gardens and a waterfall which gives a scenic Hawaiian ambiance, and a deli/convenience store.
Our updated condo is on the second floor with easy access to the elevator. Some of the features are tile floors, a queen size bed & TV in the bedroom, a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room, and a lanai that has ocean and garden views. The newly remodeled bathroom includes 2 sinks, 2 medicine cabinets, tiled shower & 2 entrances, one from the bedroom & one from the hallway. It is furnished in tropical decor with just about everything (as you will see in the amenities list) so you don't have to bring a lot. Also has a washer/dryer & high speed internet.
