  The place was perfect. Great price and great location. Description was accurate. Property manager Benjamin answered all questions quickly. Close to grocery and shopping. Two Walmarts close by (prices were relatively close to at home prices). We stayed off season and the beach was pretty quiet and absolutely beautiful. The layout of the house was nice. Full laundry off the kitchen with ironing board. 2 bdrm on bottom, Living /kitchen on the center level and 2 bdrm on top level. You could not really hear anyone else in the house once in your room. Made it nice to have the kids downstairs. The only drawback to the layout of the house is that the two downstairs bedrooms are connected - so you have to walk through one to get to the other. This was not a problem for us - but you cannot tell from he pics until you get there. The two rooms on the top floor each have their own bathroom and are completely private - so we used those for adults. We recommend eating at La Familia on the Harbor Walk. Their lunch menu is priced great and the food is amazing! We ate there twice.

  WOW!!!! This townhome is straight out of a magazine! I can not believe how afordable this place was considering the wonderful location! The property was very well maintained and had very comforable beds and furniture.Among our arrival the property manager called to see if there was anything he could do to make our stay more comfortable. I told him that the place was wonderful and I could not belive how clean it was! The service provided by the owner and property manager was like nothing I have recieved in previous VRBO.com rentals. They treated me like I was there most important priority and they were always willing to go the extra mile to satisfy my every need.The property manager even assisted us in renting bicycles and finding transportation to and from dinner. They were so helpful and professional it was almost like I was at an actual resort. If the property was any closer to the ocean it would be considered a boat. My children loved being able to walk right off the porch and be in the sand. I was amazed at how well furnished the property was. Usually places like this only have low end appliances, cookware, etc. This place had top of the line everything! My hat is off to the owner and property manager as they were absolutely delightful people. It is because of them and the great property that I will be sending them referrals and also repeat busines. I will not even consider another beachfont home because of how much my family and I enjoyed this property. I have even changed my vacation date for next year just so I would be able to rent this property again. I have truly found a diamond in the rough with this property and suggest anyone that wants a great vacation experience try this property. Once you do you will never rent from anyone else. I could go on for days about how wonderful this vacation rental is, but to truly understand you MUST try it for yourself!

  My 6 member family rented this gorgeous condo for Christmas. It was one of the best and most relaxing vacations we've ever had. There was loads of room for everyone with four nice sized bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. When we wanted to hang out together, the living room and dining area was great for playing games or watching tv. The laundry room was off the kitchen and was very convenient. Most of all, the views of the ocean were spectacular! It was perfect being right on the beach; we walked and waded every day and it was amazing to see fish swimming in the clear water! Last of all, it's convenient to shopping and restaurants and golf courses. We hope to rent here again someday!!!

  My family and friends had a wonderful time in this awesome ocean front condo. Having the bedrooms on the 1st and 3rd Floors allowed for great privacy while the 2nd floor was perfect for dining and relaxing together. What a great view of the sunrise from the ground floor bedroom while lying in bed! My grandchildren, 8 and 2, could run in front of the beach while we watched from the patio. the seagulls will not be hungry for sometime! Thank you! Carole (aka "Nana"

  Sits in the sand! Literally. This house has awesome views from every level. Very clean, updated, and lots of room!!! Comfortable beds and front door parking. This house has everything and more. Highly recommend this townhouse to anyone wanting a great family space. Also it is close to everytihing including outlet stores and resturants.

  You cannot get any closer to the beach then this house! You can hear the waves when you open the door and you are only steps away from the sand! I will rent the house again simply for the wonderful location. Recently updated home with beautiful décor and modern furnishings. The views are indescribable! If the beach isn’t enough for you then you are only minutes away from great shopping at Silvers Shells outlet mall and the Destin Commons. Looking forward to spending another wonderful week here.

  Wow! You can not get any closer to the Gulf than this townhome. My family really enjoyed the convenience of this place! This is the perfect location for a relaxing beach vacation. Only walking distance from fresh seafood and fun on the beach!
