Beautiful new construction townhouse in a small condominium complex. Available for short-term or long-term rental contracts, perfect for the family or small group.
Only four years old, this beautifully decorated two-level home is over 1250 square feet and features soaring vaulted ceilings, a loft sitting area, and a cozy gas fireplace that will pamper you in luxury and comfort. The master bedroom is located on the first level and includes a comfy king size bed, private bathroom, large walk-in closet, and laundry room. On the second floor are two more tastefully decorated bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, and access to a second full size bathroom. The second floor also features a living room, with a gas fireplace, lovely dining area, and the spacious gourmet kitchen which are all open to each other. You'll also get your own private two-car garage and fenced yard!
All basic house wares are provided: sheets, towels, dishes, cooking utensils and paper goods.
Rates vary depending on length of stay with discounts for longer term leases. One-time cleaning fee will be charged for all rentals and ranges from $75 - $100 depending on length of stay. Security deposit also varies depending on length of stay.
Located in an extremely convenient location, 12 miles from the airport, 6 miles from downtown Anchorage, and just a short jaunt from the Matanuska Valley!

Year Purchased: 2005
We are a mother-daughter team, who have lived in Alaska for over 40 years combined! Pam (the mom) now lives in Washington state and is the broker at a real estate company there. Tara (the daughter) lives in the Matanuska Valley, and works as a property manager and stay at home mom. We have both worked in the real estate field for many many years, and running this vacation rental has been a joint pleasure.
Why the Owner Chose Anchorage
We have owned this property since it was brand new, and purchased it to live in. Tara lived at the location for the first year of its life, before deciding to move to the valley. It is located in a very convenient location, with access to all of Anchorage, Eagle River, and the Matanuska Valley.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
This home is truly quiet, and you cannot hear the sounds of the city around you. It is like stepping into a luxury hotel, only with the convenience of having a garage to keep your car warm at night!
