  • We just returned from a family trip to this unit and had a wonderful time. The condo was very spacious and there was plenty of room for our family of five. The living and dining areas appeared to have newer furnishings. The carpet was in excellent condition throughout the entire condo. There were plenty of dishes, nice appliances, towels and linens- all I had to pack were our clothes, toiletries, and beach toys! My children, ages 11, 17 and 19 were very thrilled with being right on the beach (we didn't have to cross the street like many other complexes). They also enjoyed the large pool, especially because it had a deep area (9ft). The complex and pool are very clean and well maintained. There are no stores directly on the island, but there are two restaurants(Cocodries was very good!) There are two grocery stores, a few fast food places, and restaurants within 5 minutes of the complex, which was very convenient. We drove into Pensacola and Destin on two nights, and these were very short drives (about 25 minutes). I really enjoyed having the ocean on one side, and the bay on the other- it was beautiful. I would recommend this complex and unit for anyone looking for a great family vacation.
