Our condominium is located in the new 65 unit, Paseo del Sol development in Playacar, a gated community on the southern end of Playa del Carmen and just a 10 to 15 minute walk from the famed 5th Avenue. This beautifully landscaped complex is adjacent to the Playacar Golf Course & Spa Club and just 100 yards from the beach.
As a guest, you will have full use of the five star amenities such as the nearly 300 foot long pool, full fitness room with sauna, tennis court, and other resort style amenities distinguishing us from the other condominium projects in Playacar.
Our family friendly condo is on the ground floor and opens up to our covered lanai with seating/dining area looking out over the lawn towards the pool. It has 3 bedrooms (2 King size Beds and 1 room with convertible futon/sofa), 2 baths, new kitchen with all high end appliances and purified water and ice. The condo has 3 flat screen TV's (one in each master bedroom and a larger one in living room), and a combo DVD/VHS player.
The rental rate includes full use of the complex and our fully equipped condo, linens, towels, available maid service based on rental term, purified water & ice, concierge service and 24/7 on-site security guards.
Directly across the street is the Playacar Reef Hotel & Beach Club with free guest access and full use beach area, lounge chairs, towels, gym and tennis. For $40/day per person $20/day per child, you can eat, drink (including unlimited beer, wine & cocktails) and use their non-motorized water toys, bikes and other amenities until 6 pm.
