We were at Rosalia's Condo for 9 days and could not been more satisfied! The listing description did not do the unit justice. It was very clean, well stocked and, of course, a phenomonal view. We were celebrating 35 years of marriage and my husband's retirement of 41 years with the same company. We enjoyed the entire Burnt Store Marina area including the restaurant. The Sunday buffet was awesome. Every time I had a question, the owner was very responsive and great to deal with. In conclusion, a stay in Punta Gorda in this condo would be a great way to spend your time and vacation dollars. We can't wait for our next visit!!

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What a great condo, we had a wonderful month! The location is great, the views and sunsets from the lanai are fabulous, and we were very impressed by the quality of the furnishings, cookware, dishes, etc. We have stayed at many rentals and the extras and amenities provided here made a big difference and added real value to our vacation. We truly felt pampered and would not hesitate to return to this unit.

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

We stayed in this condo the week between Christmas and New Years 2011. What a beautiful home! There were many special touches that made us feel at home. Rosalie was thoughtful enough to put up a Christmas tree for our kids, which was really appreciated. The unit itself is comfortable an spacious, and we loved the location. The building was extremely quiet. The pool & hot tub were lovely and very convenient. The view from the lanai was gorgeous! It was nice go out there in the morning & read, and enjoy the amazing sunsets in the evening. It was fun watching all the birds fly by. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone considering a Burnt Store Marina rental. We hope to return again soon. Thanks, Rosalie!

The condo is very easy to call your home for a nice visit. Everything needed is there and worked out well. The view is great...the basement parking is close....walking and biking is fun around the Burnt Store Marina and residential areas.....There is a great restaurant about a block away at the marina. The pool is directly next to the building and is in great shape, clean and well furnished....the pool area includes gas grills you can use for cooking. (the closest public beach is in Punta Gorda) and 13 of our 14 day stay the sun was out and the temperature in the 80's. Burnt Store is midway between Punta Gorda and Ft Myers (with Naples being not too far south of Ft Myers).....Lots of tourist opportunities for day trips.

As a vacation rental owner myself, I have fairly high standards and expectations and this property exceeded my expectations. The view, the amenities, and the appointments are everything as promised and more. I so enjoyed my last stay, I am returning for a second visit very soon and looking forward to it. Thank you Rosalie for making your condo so comfortable and complete in every way.

I had an excellent time in Rosalie's condo...from my first night of the sunset to the final setting of the sun..it could not have been better. The condo is just as it appears. It is clean and spacious and great for more than one person...my girlfriend, husband and son all came at various times and all loved it. Having a great variety of DVDS and books to read made for fun as well. The kitchen is very well equipped. The layout great for separation and quiet time. We visited Cao Costa; did the Peace River tour and would recommend a visit to the Peace River Rehab Centre in Punta Gorda Ponce De Leon Park as a great way to connect to a good cause; helping injured birds get back to the wild. We also took in a Blue Jays training game in Dunedin...and went oft to Key West for a couple of days. This location is central to so much in the area but makes for a quiet retreat to come back to. We hope to come back to Burnt Store again and would book this unit.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This condo worked perfectly for us and was completely as described in the listing. It was spotlessly clean, the owner was very cooperative, the view from the screen porch was distant but gorgeous. It has all ammenities and is cheerily decorated. The back bedroom is dark and a bit stark but all we did was sleep in it and the bed was comfy so we didn't care.

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

Having lived on the Atlantic for 35+ years, it was a real pleasure being on the "western waters" of Punta Gorda and enjoying those magnificent sunsets. My husband and I are so delighted we had choosen to stay at Rosalie's condo. From the minute we checked in we knew we were going to have a peaceful, enjoyable stay. It was beautifully decorated and clean. It had all the amenities you could ask for. The view was absolutely breath taking. The sunsets were stunning. Frank & I look forward to staying here again. Rosalie made everything go smooth & easy. Thank you. I must add.. Nancy, you are a sweetheart and I want to thank you for all your help. ( We had left our camara in the condo when we checked out & Nancy put us at ease by going to the condo and sending it UPS ). Dear Rosalie, We loved staying in your beautiful condo. The view across the water was spectacular!! We also enjoyed walking to the marina to get the newspaper every morning, hear the live music, or just have a drink and watch the yachts coming and going from the dock. A perfect vacation!!!! Hi Rosalie, Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us. The pictures online were just as nice as the real thing. We have been vactioning in Punta Gorda for four years now and your unit was by far the nicest with the best "sunsets". Our two weeks went by so quickly we didn't want to leave.
