This 2 bedroom, 2 Bath, 1400 square foot ranch is fully furnished and has a heated pool. All you need are your clothes and sunblock. It is very kid friendly. The house has been recently remodeled and updated through-out with a whole new kitchen. It is modeled with great taste.
It is 5 miles miles from 3 beaches and 10 minutes from Downtown historical Venice. Master bedroom has full bath, double pillow-top king size bed, TV with cable and DVD player, huge walk in closet. Second Bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV with cable and VCR. Second full bath is right outside this bedroom. There is also a queen sofa sleeper that can sleep 2 and a futon bed that can sleep 1-2.
Application Fee:
There is a $50 non re-fundable cleaning.
There is a $250 security deposit.
100% rent deposit due 1 month prior to occupancy.
