This 2 bedroom, 2 Bath, 1400 square foot ranch is fully furnished and has a heated pool. All you need are your clothes and sunblock. It is very kid friendly. The house has been recently remodeled and updated through-out with a whole new kitchen. It is modeled with great taste. It is 5 miles miles from 3 beaches and 10 minutes from Downtown historical Venice. Master bedroom has full bath, double pillow-top king size bed, TV with cable and DVD player, huge walk in closet. Second Bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV with cable and VCR. Second full bath is right outside this bedroom. There is also a queen sofa sleeper that can sleep 2 and a futon bed that can sleep 1-2. Application Fee: There is a $75 non refundable cleaning. There is a $150 security deposit. 100% rent deposit due 1 month prior to occupancy.

we have been traveling to Florida since we were kids and our favorite area is Siesta Key and Venice. We have 4 children and enjoy the time that we get to spend at our 2nd home in Venice.
Why the Owner Chose South Venice
Venice is a quaint little town and is not overcrowded and busy like other places. There are many beaches to choose from and it is only a 15-20 minute drive to the beautiful Siesta Key beach.

We enjoyed our stay at your beautifully decorated and well furnished home for the month of this past February. Thank you for the use of your bikes. We biked to and from Venice many times via the intercoastal waterway recreational paths. What a special treat taking the ferry to the South Venice private beach using the beach pass. Our only suggestion would be to update and/or replace the poolside table/chairs and lounge chairs. The location of your home was ideal. Close to stores, restaurants and beaches but far enough from the main roads to be quiet and peaceful. Looking forward to staying in South Venice again in the future.

Weather: 27 beautiful warm sunny days, 1 rainy, 2 with scattered thundershowers. Restaurants: Crows Nest, Luna, Outback, J Leverock's (Englewood), Carrabba's (Port Charlotte), Scamotz, T.J. Carney's, British Pub. Beaches: South Venice, Sharkeys, Manasotta. Activities: Spring Training in Ft. Myers - Red Sox vs Tigers, Tigers won 8-3, Golf: Sarasotta National, Pelican Pointe, Lake Venice, University Park (Sarasota), Movies: just around the corner, saw the King's Speech. Other relaxing moments were spent reading and relaxing around the pool. The house was nice, clean, well equipped and in a quiet neighborhood.

Nice and quiet. Fully equipped and tastefully decorated, just as advertised. Wireless internet was convenient and saved many trips to the library to view email and on-line accounts. Pass for South Venice Beach Ferry was unexpected and allowed us access to our favorite beach. Intend to return next March if available.
