Completed in March of 2007 this four bedroom/three bathroom vacation home is ready for you, your family and friends! The Georgia Peach House is located in the Lake Forest district of Watercolor and just a stone's throw from Camp Watercolor and Wood Fern Park.

Imagine riding your bike through the serene streets of Water Color, relaxing at one of the pools or eating a world-class cheeseburger at the Beach Club, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The Watercolor staff is there to meet your every need, from a cool drink to a beach towel and beach chair.

Grocery shopping is just minutes away as is the video store and many unique shops. This setting is ideal for simply unwinding from a hectic lifestyle and will have you returning again and again... Be sure to bring your flip-flops!

  • The Goergia Peach is an ideal home to rent for a family vacation. We spent eight nights there with our two year old. Its in one of the most desirable spots in Watercolor - the Camp District. It is right across the street from the Camp pool, which has activities for kids to do all day long. We loved the decor and layout of the house. Its just the right size for a vacation home and had all the amenities of being at home. We wish we were there right now!

The rooms were large, the porch was perfect for relaxing in the evening, and the pool and field were perfect for our three kids. Your home is in the best location in Watercolor, and we plan to stay there whenever we come to Florida. Thanks so much!

  • We had a delightful stay in this house. It was plenty of space for two families, each with 3 young children. It was a great location within Watercolor, too, with the pool walking distance away. We also loved the playing fields right there for a quick early evening football game. We would definitely like to rent the house again.

  • We had a blast staying at the Georgia Peach house! It really does sleep 12 people comfortably! The decor and design is beautiful and welcoming. The layout of the house is very practical. Everything is within an easy bike rides distance and the owners are nice enough to provide the bikes! Speaking of the owners...they were great! They made sure we had everything we needed and they were available whenever we called or needed anything. I would definately stay here again!
