Beautifully decorated 16th floor condo offers an outstanding view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony, accessible from both the living area and master bedroom.
You will sleep on a beautiful king size dark cherry sleigh bed in the master bedroom. Take a long soak in the Florida tub in your master bath, or take a quick shower. There is plenty of room to get ready for a night on the town with your double vanity.
Beautiful granite counter tops in the kitchen, complete with coffee maker, microwave, and all the utensils you should ever need.
LCD HD flat panel TV's in your livingroom and bedroom.
DVD and multi-disk CD player in living room. Don't forget your computer. We have free internet access through Comcast highspeed internet service.
The bunk room features a full bed and LCD HDTV.
For those extra guests there is also a Lazy Boy queen size sleeper sofa.
Should you need to work off last nights' dinner Sunrise offers a spacious gym overlooking the pool complete with cardio equipment, free weights, and universal equipment.

We just returned from our stay in the Cude's condo. It was awesome! Nicley furnished and very clean! Thank you sooo much for sharing your place with us:) They also keep you informed and are VERY quick to answer any questions. You just cant go wrong with this place!!

My husband and I just got back from PCB staying in the C-life condo. We had a wonderful time!!!!!! The condo is beautifully decorated and the view is absolutely amazing!! It overall just felt like home away from home because we were both so comfortable! It is also in a great location to Pier Park, restaurants, mini-golf,etc... Sharky's is a great place and you can walk to and from on the beach! The owners are super easy to work with! We hope to visit again in the future!! Hotty Toddy!!

The description and pictures of this rental unit were accurate. The condo was very nice and the view was breathtaking! The beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was clean and well-supplied. The pools and hot tubs were great, as was the beach area. I like being able to park underneath the building, as opposed to having to leave my car outside on the street. The condo is located in a good location, convenient to many stores and restaurants. The only negative was that there wasn't enough comfortable seating in the living room, but we didn't spend much time in the living room, anyway. I would definitely recommend staying at this unit.

I stayed at this Sunrise condominium with my husband, two daughters, and my niece for five days in June 2011. The condo was beautifully decorated, the balcony was 2-3 times larger than balconies of other places we have stayed, and we had free beach chairs and umbrella! I never knew what we were missing! The chairs and umbrella were wonderful. The Sunrise is close to everything. None of us wanted to leave this year. It was truly a beautiful and relaxing vacation! We will definitely try to book this place again next year!

Our family had a wonderful time staying in the C-Life condo. Clean, well prepared for our visit! Perfect balcony view of the ocean and sunsets! Owners and their maid were very responsive to questions and requests for local information. Loved having the garage on ground floors of the condo building with handy elevator access! Will definitely want to return...highly recommend the C-Life condo to all!!

We stayed in this condo during the first week of August. The owners are extremely easy to work with, and the house keeper went out of her way to make sure we got into the unit, and even suggested some great places to eat! The condo is amazing, it was very clean and and had a outstanding view. We will definitely stay here again the next time we can make it down.

We are at the C-Life condo right now and it is absolutely wonderful!!!!! The Cudes are easy to work with and the condo is exactly as it appears in the photos. You will not be dissappointed!

We stayed in this condo in June with a couple of teens. They really enjoyed themselves. So close to everything and peir park only a mile away. Don't miss St. Andrews state park (great snorkeling) and you must eat at Captain Anderson's (fabulous seafood) The condo was VERY clean and well maintained. Beds were nice and view was wonderful. The Cudes were easy to work with and if we go back to PCB, we will stay again.

What a magnificant location and condo - The Cudes are such wonderful people to deal with making the booking, directions and arrival a breeze, no waiting to check in at the front desk, straight up to the condo and on the beach within minutes of pulling into the covered carage. You will not be disappointed with this condo, the furnishings are outstanding and the cleanliness was equal to the high standards set with the decor.
