This townhome at the foot of Keystone Mountain has it all! Plenty of room for young, and young at heart; in the best location in Keystone. Skiers and Boarders return home by skiing to Keystone Rd. from 'Schoolmarm' run, walking across the street and into our home. With over 2,000 square feet of living space this home is comfortable, livable and provides enough space for separation and privacy. This home is ideal for 2 families.
We love our place because of the views, the proximity to the mountain, the second family room and because it is so peaceful! If you prefer peace, luxury and family time; this is it!
We have three bedrooms and three full bathrooms; one bedroom and one bathroom on each floor. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk in closet, walk in shower, HDTV, and a jetted tub on the top floor. The second bedroom on the main floor has a Queen-size bed, walk in closet, and HDTV and a full bathroom. The third bedroom is on the ground level, with two sets of bunk beds, over sized closet, large dresser, adjoining full bathroom and is ideal for late night story telling and childhood memories that will last a lifetime. On the ground floor we also have a second family room or young adults room between the Bunk Room and the private outdoor hot tub and patio that is a perfect gathering spot for kids and friends! Our kids like to spend time with their friends in 'their room' and in the hot tub which is steps away.
Freshly rejuvenated in 2007 with new furniture, all new beds, new carpet throughout and completely painted. This home has a fully equipped kitchen with new granite slab counter tops and knotty alder wood cabinets, new dining room furniture and new leather family room couch and love seat. We have a total of four HDTVs and an iPod compatible stereo receiver all available for your use while in our mountain home.
The main family room has a 42" HDTV next to the 2 story stone fireplace. The lower level family room has a 50" HDTV where our kids like to recline with friends and jump into the private! hot tub right outside the sliding glass door on our private fenced patio!
We have a gas fireplace, gas BBQ grill on the private deck, boot & glove & mitten dryer for 8 pairs and plenty of storage for all your equipment and clothing in the heated garage; so none of the cold wet clothes or equipment need go in the house! We have a washer and dryer in our home for our your use. The open and bright floor plan is over 2,000 sq. ft.
Parking is available for one car in our driveway, please do not park motor vehicles in the garage. We prefer to use the garage as a mud and snow room to remove all boots and wet/snowy clothing in the heated garage and hang them to dry.
LUXURIOUS MOUNTAIN RETREAT
Only a 5 minute walk to River Run and 10 minutes to Keystone Lake. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home accommodates 8 people in beds. Ironwood is a small complex with 4 buildings and 15 total homes. Guests ski nearly to the back of our home from 'Schoolmarm' run, walk across Keystone Road and into our heated garage.

It was plenty of room for our group, and we had a blast. The house is updated and very comfortable. The mud room in the garage is laid out well, and the hot tub was clean and felt good after a full day on the slopes. The unit itself is very convenient to both the River Run and Mountain House base areas. The owner of this condo was very helpful and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family stayed at Ironwood during the MLK weekend and had a wonderful experience. The owners did an amazing job with the remodel from the fabulous kitchen, bedrooms, and baths to the new hot tub. We received great suggestions and advice from the owner on where to rent equipment, buy lift tickets, and where to eat. Take advantage of his wealth of knowledge. Thank you, Tim, for a memorable ski vacation.

Fantastic Place!!! Super convenient to the slopes, easy access to the villages, superbly decorated & furnished....couldn't ask for anything more. We have been to Colorado 3 of the last 4 years and this is hands-down the best place we have stayed. Hate to open it up to others, but this place is great. Now we might have to fight for it in the future!!

Our family stayed in this newly renovated condo over the Christmas holiday and was pleasantly surprised that the experience lived up to all our expectations. Everything in the home has the comfort of it's guest in mind from the outfitted and heated garage for easy on/off of ski wear, to the extensively outfitted kitchen to the amply supplied bath linens and extremely comfy bedding. The kitchen/dining/relaxing area on the main floor is very cozy with the warm glow of the gas fireplace. The extra tvs in the lower family room and all the bedrooms offer opportunities for everyone to catch their favorite programs.

We have stayed in several nice condos over the years, but this one tops them ALL! It's ultra clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, has an extremely well-appointed kitchen, super beds and linens, a great 2nd family room for the kids, a brand new hot tub....the list goes on! All of this and an easy walk to the lifts to complete the package! We loved our time in Keystone and hope to stay in this condo again!!
