Colleen's Cottage is situated in the heart of the beach community of Rosemary Beach, with one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the world. It is within walking distance to the three outdoor pools, one indoor pool, fitness facility, clay tennis courts, multiple playgrounds, children's play fountain, town restaurants and shops, day spa, and of course, the spectacular beach.
The beautiful cottage overlooks West Kingston Park, with groomed green, fountain and reading benches. The tasteful decor of is characterized by natural fibers, stone and rich wood accents. Gracious balconies and porches look out over the native flora of Rosemary Beach.
On the ground floor, the comfortable living area boasts a new 42" flat screen TV, and adjoins a well-equipped kitchen with polished granite counters. The main floor also includes a large laundry room with built-in ice maker. Of the cottage's four bedrooms, two guestrooms hold queen beds, and a children's bunk-room contains a set of twin bunks and widescreen TV with DVD. The luxurious master suite boasts a king bed and private bath. Additional sleeping space can be found in built-in children's bunks on the second floor landing.
Guests at Colleen's Cottage are able to enjoy all the amenities of the Rosemary Beach community, including access to four pools and the nine beach walkovers. Additionally, a concierge service is provided that includes personal on-site check-in and available local assistance during each stay.
