In addition to the natural scenery, our cottage offers a soothing hot tub located on the front porch, an open stone fireplace glowing inside, and a screened-in side porch perfect for reading books or enjoying lunch.
Our Cozy Creek Cabin offers the “Cliffhanger Shed” located in the backyard where your family can enjoy grilling out, throwing darts, watching television, or simply to relax while listening to the various wildlife and birds that surround our home.
With easy access to unique shopping and tasty dining in Waynesville, Maggie Valley, or Cherokee, our exploring guests may want to venture only twenty-five minutes away to visit Asheville and the magnificent Biltmore Estates. For those seeking adventure, you may want to travel fifteen minutes to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, the Cataloochee Ski Slopes or the adventurous Ghost Town in the Sky, opening in May 2007.

This cabin has it all! We spent a winter wonderland for the 2011 New Year. The snow was beautiful and to sit and relax in the hot tube while the snow was falling is an experience.the home is very well maintained. The pictures don't do the cabin justice. Our family will be returning its a home away from home.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BEAT THE CONGESTION AND CROWD ON THE TENNESEE SIDE OF THE MOUNTAIN THEN LOOK NO FURTHER. THE CABIN IS MINUTES FROM MAGGIE VALLEY AND WAYNESVILLE, NESTLED UP ON THE MOUNTAIN (STEEP DRIVE-WOULD RECOMMEND 4WD IN WINTER MONTHS). CABIN IS VERY CLEAN AS WAS THE HOT TUB. I ACCIDENTALLY PUT IT IN SLEEP MODE AND HAD TO CALL THE SERVICE NUMBER WHERE THE GUY WAS SUPRISINGLY VERY NICE AND WALKED ME THROUGH CHANGING IT BACK TO NORMAL HEAT. KIDS LOVED THE CABIN OUT BACK AND BASICALLY STAYED THERE THE WHOLE WEEK. LOCAL CREEKS ARE STOCKED WITH TROUT AND ARE PUBLIC FISHING WITH LISCENSE THAT CAN BE BOUGHT JUST ABOUT ANYWHERE. OWNERS WERE VERY NICE AND ACCOMODATING WITH A VERY SPEEDY RETURN ON THE DEPOSIT. I WOULD RECOMMEND TRYING THE WIND TUNNEL SKYDIVING AT THE BOTTOM OF THE MOUNTAIN, IT WAS LESS THAN THREE MINUTES AWAY AND VERY EXCITING. ALSO THERE ARE NUMEROUS RIDING STABLES FOR HORSEBACK RIDES. OVERALL EXCELLENT VACATION WITH SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE INCLUDING THE CASINO IN CHEROKEE. KIDS HAD A GREAT TIME WHICH ALLOWS THE ADULTS TO HAVE A GREAT TIME. VERY PEACEFUL AND RELAXING VERSUS THE GATLINBURG/PIGEON FORGE CONGESTION. HOWEVER, IT WAS ONLY ABOUT AN HOUR OVER THE MOUNTAIN TO ATTRACTIONS THERE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE CABIN AND IF IT IS STILL AVAILABLE IN THE FUTURE, WE WILL DEFINATELY BE RETURNING.

My wife and I met my brother and his wife and son. What a great cabin. Has everything you could want to get away from it all. My nephew and I thought we would walk for the main road to the cabin and WOW was it hard to do. It is only 1.2 miles but it is a upward climb. Would highly recommend this place to stay and I can say you won't find a better price and nicer people. We have stayed in a lot of cabins and this one is at the top (Literally) almost forgot they have a separate game room too...

We loved our week at Cozy Creek Cabin! Everything about the house was perfect. The view over the valley was peaceful and lovely, the amenities at the house were all we could ask for, and the decor and landscaping were delightful. The owners have done a marveluos job designing a cabin that invites you to relax and enjoy all the beauty of this lovely area of North carolina. Our kids were so charmed by the property that they would have been content to stay on much longer. My husband and I especially appreciated all the privacy afforded here and the luxury of a soak in the hot tub after a day of active pursuits. Description is accurate and the pictures can't begin to capture the full charm. Everything was beautifully maintained and absolutely clean. I've recommended this cabin to friends, family and neighbors. We thought the local gem mining would be a tourist trap, but as it turned out our kids came home with treasured emeralds, garnets, opals, quartz, rubies, etc. The folks at the mine in Maggie Valley were knowledgeable and identified all the minerals for us. We rode bikes around Lake Junalaska, drove the Blue Ridge Parkway, enjoyed the zip lines in Gatlinburg, kayaked at Natahala, toured the Cherokee Museum, hiked at the Smoky Mountains national Park...Never a dull moment. Downtown Waynesville has charming shops that specialize in local arts and crafts. The desserts at Whitman's Bakery are amazing and decadent. Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping us have a dream family vacation!

Listing accurately describes the property and location. Kitchen and den very clean and well appointed. The owner was very helpful in answering questions. Property is located off the beaten path, yet surrounding area is easily accessible for day time activities. By all means, visit Joey' Pancake House for an excellent breakfast meal in downtown Maggie Valley. Eaglenest Entertainment features very good musical entertainment at night.

Listing description accurate. Very secluded & peaceful. Beautiful grounds/views. Sliding doors in front of home brings the outside in. Home is very comfortable & clean. Well equipped kitchen. Owner called during our stay to make sure everything was good. Would definitely recommend to friends/family. Thanks for a relaxing & comfortable vacation.
